L'appartamento è piccolino ma fornito di tutto. La cucina super accessoriata e pulizia impeccabile. È proprio difronte alla spiaggia e sotto il palazzo c'è tutto il necessario per spese di primaria necessità . io e mio marito ci siamo trovati benissimo e contiamo di tornarci quanto prima. Sandro e sua moglie davvero molto disponibili.

Ideální místo pro pár bez dětí. Malinká garsonka, kde bylo ale vše, co by člověk očekával, nic nám ne chybělo. Pláž byla opravdu blízko, cca 100 metrů. Alessandro byl velice laskavý a nápomocný, vždy pomohl a poradil. Svůj pobyt jsme si užili. Rozhodně doporučuji.

Roberto is a wonderful person. From the moment we arrived at the house, his kindness and helpfulness was felt incredible. The house was incredibly comfortable, beautiful and cozy. We did not encounter any problems in terms of security, the house was safe. You can choose it with peace of mind, we are very pleased.

Auf unserem Road Trip durch Italien haben wir zwei Nächte bei Silvana verbracht. Die Unterkunft hat uns super gefallen, sie sah sehr gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet aus. Die Dachterasse mit Blick aufs Meer ist definitiv das Highlight der Wohnung, ebenso wie das selbstgemachte Olivenöl der Gastgeberin. Mit dem Auto gelangt man unkompliziert ins Zentrum und zum Strand, zu Fuß geht es steil bergauf zur Wohnung, aber das hat uns nichts ausgemacht. Silvana ist eine sehr freundliche und zuverlässige Gastgeberin. Wir können die Unterkunft also wärmstens empfehlen!

The flat is very clean and stylish. It takes only few minutes to get to the beach. We appreciated AC which helped us enjoy our siesta during hot day. The only thing we didnt anticipate is that there was no wifi, yet it’s not a must and it didnt bring any problems. Overall, if we were to come again to Pescara, I would gladly book this flat again!

L'alloggio si presenta esattamente come lo si vede in foto. Laila è stata gentile in ogni interazione, accogliente e disponibile. La posizione è strategica per chi vuole godersi un po' di mare tranquillamente, senza dover rinunciare a muoversi un po'. A pochi minuti infatti c'è Pescara, che è più vicina rispetto a Montesilvano essendo l'alloggio proprio al confine con la città. (intendo l'area pedonale dove fare una passeggiata la sera, con bancarelle ecc). Punto strategico anche per gite sulla costa, a poca distanza c'è anche tutta la parte dedicata a trabocchi, davvero belli. Tornando alla casa, questa è comoda, con tutto quello che occorre per una buona vacanza. Per citare qualche plus: A/C, Lavastoviglie, vista meravigliosa, cucina comoda con lavastoviglie. Cose da migliorare:direi solo il letto, l'ho trovato un po' scomodo. Nel complesso tutto molto bene, grazie Laila per l'ospitalità!

I have stayed in a number of Air BNB’s, this apartment is the best we’ve ever stayed in, it is quite simply stunning. So much thought has gone into making the apartment a fantastic holiday home. You can tell it is loved by its owners, everything you could possibly need is right there. The host is super responsive and so welcoming. The beach is less than a five minute walk away and when we stayed it was not crowded at all. The promenade is a beautiful walk, the whole place I thought was well cared for. I will definitely stay again.
