You'll love this unique and romantic escape. Nestled in a little Oasis in Northampton, this is the perfect place to unwind! Designed with comfort in mind, this handmade Shepherds Hut comes with air fryer, log burner, dining space, private decking and garden and fully operational bathroom with lovely hot shower! This is unlike any other Shepherds Hut, with a retro steam punk vibe, plush cushions and comfy bed, you won't want to leave! We are dog friendly, however the garden is not 100% secure.

Guests can enjoy relaxing in the hot tub (** see 'details to note' re cost) or star gazing by the fire pit under skies that are not interrupted by streetlamps before retiring to the cosiness of the hut which is heated by a log burner. Lots of lovely local walks. Easy access to the A14 & A1 and perfect location for exploring local villages.

The cottage is set across two floors. A fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge on the ground floor, and original oak beamed bedroom with super-king size bed, en suite and balcony upstairs.

Tyburn Barn is a luxury barn conversion located in pulloxhill, a small village in Central Beds. There is excellent walking, cycling, country pubs and places to visit close by. The Barn is perfect for couples and solo adventurers. The self contained accommodation consists of one double bed fully fitted kitchen and lounge area with patio doors to a balcony with seating area. It has a luxury bathroom with underfloor heating a shower, hairdryer and lighted mirror towels are also provided.

The Grange (Annex Apartment)

Quiet location, ideal for a relaxing break, or focal point to meet family or friends. Situated in the remote country village of Broughton. The village boasts popular and quaint pub, renowned for its food (The Crown). The Annex is detached from the main house, Lounge/Kitchen area, Bathroom, Two ground floor Bedrooms, with a third double situated in what was a Hay Loft (not suitable for children under 14 years of age). Recently re-furbished. Ample parking on the drive for 2 to 3 cars.

Built in 1864 and overlooking the village green, Honeypot Cottage is a peaceful, characterful home filled with cosy corners and delightful touches throughout. Curl up on the colourful sofas with a good book or by the log burner for a warm, inviting evening. There’s a comfortable spot to work or catch up on emails, plus a secluded garden and sunny courtyard to unwind in. The surrounding countryside is perfect for woodland walks, cycling, and four-legged friends are very welcome.

The Secret Corner

We have put a lot of care and attention into our unique log cabin, hot tub and private garden. Access is through our separate secure entrance to the bespoke garden. When inside feel free to enjoy a relaxing night under the stars, ideal for a couple or solo travellers. The Secret Corner is the perfect base to explore local areas including Woburn, Wrest Park and a short ride away to Flitwick Train Station with direct access to London St Pancras in less than an hour.
