We had a great stay! the apartment was close to everything, well equipped and accurately described. Communication with Christina and Giovanni was easy and they were very responsive. Would definitely stay there again.

Rosy was a super nice hostess. She responded to messages super quickly & was very helpful. The apartment has everything you need & was clean. Hot water was super fast and constantly available. The apartment was easy to find and quite quiet in the house. The location is in the village and therefore of course the everyday street noise & Co. is present. Due to surrounding shops, it is not always possible to find a parking space right in front of the house. Alternatives available nearby. We'll be back.

We had a very nice time in Ilara and her husband's apartment. It is compact, nicely decorated, clean and quiet. There is a good bed and everything else is available to have a pleasant stay. The location is also fine. The old town of Piombina is not a far walk. We also found the Archaeological Museum very worthwhile, as well as the Archaeological Park of Baratti and Populonia, which is also easy to reach by bus. The beach is also not far away and accessible by public transportation. The communication with Ilara was very pleasant and fast. She and her husband are very flexible, which allowed us to arrive earlier, which was very nice. Ilara's husband received us and was very nice, helpful and attentive. All in all, we highly recommend Ilara and her husband and their beautiful apartment!

The place was beautiful and beautifully located. Very quiet and idyllic. We were able to watch fireflies, a wild cat, and lots of other animals. The space itself is even better than the pictures. Just had a wonderful time. But the best is Francesco's hospitality. He was helpful and very warm. We will be happy to come again.

Highly recommend anyone new to Italy to try San gimigano first. Staying here allowed us flexibility to explore other cities and had plenty of great spots in walking distance. Lorenzo provided fantastic recommendations and assisted with everything we asked for.

My stay at Barbara's place was wonderful. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The environment is charming and very quiet. Barbara's house has lots of charm. The sunrise from the balcony is a must. Barbara and Marco were very friendly and helpful. I recommend a relaxing stay.

Had a wonderful time staying at Nedda’s beautiful home - the scenery was amazing and she and her family were fantastic hosts. Would definitely return!

Beautiful village with welcoming people, my husband & I enjoyed the few days we had there. They had amazing wine & good food, will definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful few days here while touring Italy. The pool is fantastic as well as the additional facilities such as boules and table tennis. There is plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the sunset on an evening. We would love to come back here again and would highly recommend.

Perfect stay on the beautiful island Elba! Very cosy apartment with walking distance to the water! Francesco was very helpful both with tips and instructions, and answered quickly. Definitely recommend!!

Wonderful accommodation in a great location! Ideal for people with dogs, you can see the dogs from the sea on the terrace, very cozy and private. Great beach, nice atmosphere. Marina is very warm and has given everything so that we have a great stay. Wau Beach especially for nearby dogs.

I spent a week in Maria's apartment and felt very comfortable there. The apartment matches the description, it is spacious and well divided. It is very clean and equipped with everything you need, even detergent was available. The location is fantastic if you are looking for a quiet environment. There is a small terrace as well as a large sun terrace with dining table, umbrella and sun loungers. The view is beautiful from both terraces (of the sea and the village). There is also another cozy seating area outside. The medieval village is a few minutes' walk away, where there are groceries and several restaurants/bars. Maria welcomed me with open arms, she is very warm and attentive and also really interested in her guests and their well-being. My stay could not have been better and I can fully recommend Maria's apartment and would rent it again.

We were personally received by Antonella. Very nice apartment, generously equipped. Balcony with partial sea views. Thanks to the delicacies provided by Antonella (wine, pasta, etc.), we were able to enjoy the view with a dinner on the evening of arrival. Although close to the center, quiet residential area. The old town and the very beautiful gravel beach "Le Ghiaie" can be reached in a few minutes' walk. We can recommend Antonella's apartments at any time and would be happy to come back.

Had a really relaxing stay. The grounds and pool area was outstanding. Close to great beaches and interesting towns. A big thank you Giovanni for creating the beautiful space and to Monica (and Micky the mower) for keeping it so beautiful. Highly recommended.

This place is even better than described. I never imagined I could one day live in an authentic palace. Thank you, Bianca, for making this dream come true! A small piece of advice for future guests: please follow Bianca’s directions exactly when coming to the palace—Google Maps can be very misleading.

We had a fabulous stay here, there was more than enough rooms and space to relax after a day of sightseeing. The view from the living room is gorgeous, the rooms are all charmingly decorated and it had all the amenities we needed: separate beds for 4 adults, large enough showers, laundry and kitchen as well as cosy living room. Federico was very friendly, responsive and made us feel at home immediately. Highly recommend!

It was an all-around great experience in a beautiful place surrounded by the nature of Tuscany. The contact in advance of the trip was straightforward and there was an accurate description of the arrival. Marcella welcomed us very well on site and told us a lot about the accommodation and possibilities of leisure activities in the area. Good restaurant tips were also included. The apartment is very nice and simply furnished and is complemented by its own small terrace where you can sit in the sun in the morning. We would love to come back anytime and highly recommend this Airbnb! :)

Our stay was simply wonderful. The lovingly furnished apartment had everything we needed and more. The terrace offered a breathtaking view of the sea and we could enjoy beautiful sunsets. By car, everything in the area was easily accessible and the area itself was just lovely. Isolina and her daughter were nice and accommodating hosts. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Absolutely recommended!

Chris is a very warm person and shows it. The apartments and the area are very well thought out. Everything arranged with a lot of love for detail. The natural pool is a force to be reckoned with, it cleans itself by electrolysis (salt). Our skin immediately noticed and thanked us with smoothness. Chris, we'd love to come back to your oasis and can hardly imagine Elba without you. Love B+S
