the apartment is also bigger than it looks in the photo. Very clean, quiet and very close to the historic center of Bosa, within walking distance. I specify that both in the living room and in one of the two bedrooms there is air conditioning, because it is not valued in the description and is an extra point. Friendly and helpful host, with a smile always available, a worker who hosts with dedication. And how difficult it is to meet such owners!!

fantastic space, it looked recently renovated and the kitchen and other spaces were modern. the neighbourhood was quiet and our toddler loved walking and exploring the neighbourhood with us.

Cozy accommodation, surrounded by olive trees and a beautiful view towards the sea and sunset. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Ideally located ( the street to cross to be on the beach) and quiet, the accommodation matches the description and was perfect for my use. I recommend and will come back. Although the property is managed by a company, the on-site correspondent, Giovanni, was responsive, welcoming and friendly.

We spent 2 weeks at Roberta's apartment. We were very happy with the apartment. It was large, clean well equipped and lovingly furnished. Roberta was very kind and guiding. The communication went smoothly thanks to Google Translate. We were able to park for free right in front of the door. As a welcome, Roberta had given us some local treats. We also loved that the power supply was mainly via a photovoltaic system with battery storage. Except for a dishwasher and real wine glasses, we have not missed the equipment so far. The water pressure of the shower was a bit poor by our standards. Simaxis was a good starting point for us to explore the middle part of Sardinia. The supply was ensured through the large supermarket (MD) at the entrance to the village and another Crai supermarket, which is within walking distance in the village. We can recommend the apartment in good conscience.

The accommodation is spacious, tastefully furnished, equipped with everything you need with a nice courtyard a stone's throw from the center of Oristano. Easy to find parking in front of the property. Host Ele is very kind and helpful in giving information about things to do and places to visit. Recommended.

We stayed for two weeks in Marco and Sarah's apartment and had a great time. We wanted to make a holiday full of authenticity and we were very happy: we were able to do the real "village life" and we were able to visit many of the things we had set up, in addition to having had the opportunity to reach the main (and beautiful) beaches of Sinis in a very short time. Immediate and practically daily communication with Sarah, who has made us miss nothing. To be repeated!

Perfect spot for exploring Bosa and the surrounding area. The apartment was spacious and and very clean. Claudia was very easy to communicate with and provided us with some lovely food gifts! Great stay!

LOVED this apartment so much. Patio overlooking the river and mountain with sheep and darling homes across the river view was beautiful. In every direction was stunning. Sunsets were magical, to say the least!! Walking distance to everything in town. Castle just above, and greenery all around. We were so sad when our departure date came, and could have stayed forever. One day we hope to return. This place is special. 🙏

We took the house for New Year's Eve, for six people. The host was very kind, he showed us the whole house and how to use some appliances. Very modern and equipped house, very close to the historic center of Oristano. Possibility of parking in front of the house (if there is a space). Heated house with radiators and heat pumps. They were kind enough to let us find a panettone, and given the day they allowed us to postpone checkout.

We had a great stay at Luca's apartment, it's a great location in Oristano. We were with our 8-month-old baby and I worked remotely during the day - the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Luca was very helpful with all our requests/questions. We recommend it to anyone going to Oristano.

We stayed about ten days between the end of July and the beginning of August and we had a great time. The terrace with sea view hosted us from breakfast to dinner with a beautiful sunset view. The interior of the house is small but everything is inside and out (as well as the perfect outdoor shower post beach). The location is perfect to walk to the beach but we preferred to get around by car (it's really a minute and there is parking) to move umbrellas and the rest. Ideal for a vacation in relaxation!

We had a really nice and relaxing time in Alberto's apartment/studio ☺️ It is quiet and you can really switch off from the stress of everyday life. The beach is within walking distance and a few minutes by car are restaurants and bars. Alberto also speaks perfect English and we had a wonderful conversation 😃

Beautiful and quiet house as an area, fantastic location to reach Oristano which offers everything you want but also close enough to reach wonderful beaches. Claudio has always been super helpful both by message and in person, he knows how to recommend places and restaurants that even we didn't know (my boyfriend has relatives in the area for which we already knew something). Tidy and clean house, with very convenient private parking; fantastic relaxation area to use during the summer. We'll definitely be back for a future summer vacation.

House with good amenities. Very good cleanliness and very beautiful kitchen. Although the listing mentioned a jacuzzi was not available. The village of Aritudea although small is cute with some buildings of interesting architecture. The best beaches are some distance away (between 30 and 40 km). The nearby beaches are not very interesting.

Although we stayed for a few days we had a great time, clean and tidy house, beautiful outdoor area and wonderful whirlpool. The area was very quiet, and since we moved by car it was all close enough. The parking space was essential. The host who welcomed us for check-in was kind, polite and helpful. We hope to be able to return soon.😊

We had a great week with family in the 1st floor apartment which has several terraces including a very nice one overlooking the pool. The beds were regularly redone and the cleaning as well. The house is very beautiful and all bars, restaurants and services are very easily accessible on foot as the accommodation is very close to the center while remaining very quiet and private. We would highly recommend it.

Beautiful stay, we chose this accommodation to be able to live a weekend for the Open Courts of the surroundings, but we will definitely come back to enjoy the comforts offered by the structure. Really deluxe accommodation, equipped with everything you need, clean and spacious... each room with its own air conditioning. The bathroom is also great and very very clean. Great room in the heart of Bosa, we booked it for our anniversary and it was really magical. Comfortable environment, bathroom and hot tub in the room. The only downside is the view of the internal terrace, otherwise it's beautiful. Double bed with front TV, large spaces, all clean and tidy. I want to denote the kindness, friendliness and availability of the hosts. 5 stars well deserved, highly recommended.

The house is very well-kept and really clean, equipped with every comfort, facing the sea, overlooking a large beach that is partly equipped and also free. We had a nice vacation.
