Sara's bunkhouse is beautifully decorated and comfortable inside and out. It was so enjoyable to be at Sara's home that we canceled our plans and hung out at her bunkhouse instead! Sara made us feel so welcome. We felt transported back to the cowboy days, and listened to the coyotes and cowboy ballads our whole stay. What a great way to experience Scottsdale. 🤠🌵

This is a spacious modern home near the top of Black Mountain looking west. Nestled on the side of the mountain with a 40 store high view across the valley. Beautiful sunsets from the second floor deck or patio below. Kitchen is well appointed and modern. Everything works. Spacious bedrooms. Very quiet yet secluded. Nate was a great host.

I can not say enough good things about Leigh and her husband and her place to stay! It was absolutely gorgeous. Leigh had everything we needed and more. We were visiting our daughter who lives just outside Rio Verde. The location was great for us because it was less than 10 minutes from where she lives. There are a few great restaurants within about 10-15 minutes but it’s a bit of a drive from the Scottsdale area. The amenities on site are great and we felt right at home! It was comfortable and the bed linens were so soft and great. It would be a great spot for a small family or two couples. There is laundry available and a full kitchen with all you would need. The pool/gym area are great! It’s a great spot for a quiet escape.

Kayla, her husband, and their precious baby, were the most accommodating, helpful, and tentative hosts ive seen working w air bnb. it's the ONLY place I'll be staying when I'm in town. not only is it impeccable, there are an array of kid friendly elements, such as an amazing children's set up inside in the garage and out back, there are elements of safety everywhere. ranging from kid proofing all over, first aid in each bathroom, to a life vac anti choking device made extremely accessible. everything was clean and labeled for convenience. each bed was comfy, each room complete, never ending hot water, games, and peace. not a single complaint from anyone on our trip. I won't be staying elsewhere when staying in town for as long as this listing is available.

Really clean and quiet home. Furnishings a bit mishmash but the cleanliness outweighed the aesthetics. We had really planned to use the golf cart advertised as my parents live within Rio Verde and we could easily drive to their home…However a few days before checking in we were told no golf cart. No compensation was offered and tbh not really a “we’re so sorry”. Just sorta too bad. Big picture not a huge deal, but a replacement or repaired golf cart should have been provided. If renting, dbl check all available amenities if they are important to your decision!

We come to this area multiple times a year from Colorado and we absolutely loved our stay at this home. It was very comfortable and the layout is great! The kitchen is huge and we enjoyed cooking and dinners around the island. The beds and sheets were extremely comfortable! We hope to come stay here again in the future!!
