Perfectly located attic apartment. The terrace is the standout aspect of this place. Plenty of bars and cafes nearby. Close to all tourist sites. But peaceful at night too. Could do with being stocked with a few kitchen basics (e.g. coffee pods for the coffee machine, washing up liquid). But otherwise everything was spot on.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Be aware that getting to the apartment does require navigating one flight of stairs, so might not be ideal for the elderly. The stairs were no issue for us and just aded to the charm. The location is amazing: It has all possible modern conveniences on the doorstep (Starbucks, Aldi, & El Corte Ingles). It is also central to the older parts of Seville, so if you're after tapas, shoppng & walking distance to Seville's historical sights you'll be spoiled for choice. The place was spotlessly clean and roomy. Everything worked seamlessly. I'd highly recommend this place.

Excelente alojamiento para hospedarse la ciudad hispalense, ideal para familias con o sin niños. Es un apartamiento muy adecuado para los meses de verano, ya que dispone de una terraza y un jacuzzi para poder refrescarse en las horas más calurosas del día. La atención de María Aurora es estupenda, atenta en todo momento. ¡Ha sido una estancia de 10!

situation géographique excellente pour visiter les environs (côté océan ou côté montagne). Appartement fonctionnel, propre. Notre hôte a été très réactif pour nous donner des informations quand on les lui a demandées.

Lucy and Carlos are outstanding hosts—extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming. Their apartment exceeded all expectations: it’s beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The beds are wonderfully spacious and comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the balcony is a lovely spot to relax. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, with everything from a dishwasher to an ice-cube-maker. The location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from the beach, making it perfect for a relaxing seaside getaway. The high-speed internet (500 Mbps download / 120 Mbps upload) is excellent and ideal for work or streaming. A helpful tip for future guests: arriving by car is recommended, as it makes exploring nearby towns and attractions much more convenient. Overall, it’s a stunning apartment, wonderfully furnished, and maintained to the highest standards. Highly recommended!

L'appartement est propre, lumineux et bien équipé. Il est situé dans une ruelle calme, à proximité de beaucoup de commerces et de cafés/restaurants. Nous n'avons pas rencontré Nacho mais la communication avec lui a été très facile. Il est extrêmement réactif et sympathique L'arrivée et le départ se font en autonomie, ce qui est pratique en cas d'arrivée tardive ou de départ matinal comme cela a été notre cas. Enfin le chauffeur de taxi recommandé par Nacho était efficace et fiable !

We visited during Santa Semana (Holy week) and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very close to Alameda and Called Feria with nice cafes and restaurants around. the apartment itself is very nice with nice furnishings and all the necessaties needed for a pleasant stay. would definitely stay again.

Filipe war ein herausragender Gastgeber – stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und schnell in der Beantwortung unserer Fragen. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft ließ keine Wünsche offen und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Besonders gefallen hat uns der gemütliche Außenbereich, perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem Tag voller Erkundungen. Wir können Filipes Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der einen unvergesslichen und entspannten Urlaub in Tavira erleben möchte. Vielen Dank für die großartige Gastfreundschaft!

We had a great time at the penthouse apartment. The views of Sevilla were incredible, and they were incredibly responsive hosts. Would definitely recommend staying in Triana for your Sevilla visit, and enjoy some time in the hot tub while you’re at it!

I would recommend this accommodation without hesitation. It was very clean, well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub enjoyed using the electric BBQ on the days we didn't eat out. The roof top terrace was very spacious and had lots of comfortable chairs etc. The host Rui and also Monica were very helpful and responsive when I had a question. Thank you to both of you, we had a very enjoyable stay and hope to return.n

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit im Appartment von Sofia in Triana/Sevilla. Es eignet sich hervorragend für Erkundungen zu Fuss und/oder mit dem Bus (auch die Hopp on Hopp off Haltestelle ist gleich um die Ecke:)

Goed gelegen. Parking aan de deur. Makkelijke instructies. Heel gezellige en ruime appartement. Ik zou hier nog een keer verblijven.

Thomas met us on arrival and showed us round the apartment and explained everything to us, as well as giving us lots of tips and advice on the local area. The apartment was super clean and just right for our 3 night stay and we managed to see everything we wanted walking from the apartment. Very close by there are many restaurants and bars, handy after a long day of walking. I highly recommend this apartment, good value for money and very responsive hosts.

ha sido un placer estar en casa de Manuel, desde el primer momento se preocupó de que llegáramos bien, incluso llegando tarde nos esperó para darnos las llaves en mano y enseñarlo todo. nos dió muchas referencias de sitios para comer. Muy recomendable

Fantástico sitio. Fácil aparcamiento, piscinas, acceso a la playa a través de barco, animación nocturna... todo excelente. El apartamento tenía de todo y coincidía con la fotos. Cerca del complejo buenos restaurantes y paseo marítimo para pasear. Para repetir.
