How wonderful it was to stay at Kellie's flat. An extremely comfortable and clean place, close to everything, a space with a pool and a wonderful barbecue area! Kellie is super friendly and helpful. I want to come back more often. I highly recommend it❤️❤️

I and my family were delighted with the flat. Very clean apartment, very comfortable beds, has everything you need to cook. The location is great, close to everything, market, bakery, restaurants, etc. The hosts are very attentive. We had no problem. We recommend it.

The stay at the Co-House with Wanderley was excellent! The place is super clean, organized and exactly as shown in the listing photos, which is a very good start. Communication was quick and straightforward, and he was extremely receptive from the start. A special highlight was his care in preparing a document with several tips, useful information and suggestions for tourist places in João Pessoa, which is very helpful, especially for those who are getting to know the city. Wanderley was always available and attentive, which made all the difference in the experience. I'll definitely come back more often!

The flat is beautiful, with very tasteful decoration, clean and super fragrant linens, items that work excellently (especially Alexa, who did everything for me). About the host, he was super polite, gave all the necessary information, without stalling. The building has a beautiful penthouse! The pool is worth a visit. I hope to be able to stay there again soon. Indico with eyes closed!

I highly recommend the apartment. Attentive host, comfortable bed, fast wi-fi for work, breakfast in the indoor restaurant, quiet at night, cozy space, great location with everything nearby. Everything is identical to the photos. I intend to return on vacation and stay longer.

We stayed at Emmanuel’s place with our two kids (4 months old and 3 years old) and it was delightful. Building There’s plenty to do at the building itself. We used mostly the outdoor and indoor playgrounds, as well as the kids swimming pool, where the water slide was a hit. The place doesn’t have a restaurant but there’s a convenience store next door and a couple of restaurants just a stroll away serving the freshest seafood. Apartment The apartment was clean and had everything we needed: from kitchen appliances and cutlery to fresh towels and linens. What surprised us the most was the warm water in the shower - a rare find in João Pessoa. Also, if you have kids: the balcony has a safety net 👍🏼 Area The area is best discovered with a car. Public transport isn’t either reliable or safe - not specific to this area. There are a few attractions around, but the area is best for those looking for tranquil beach holidays - I don’t know what it is like in the Summer though.

We've had a magnificent stay and would definitely come back. Flat is well furnished, comfortable beds, well located in a safe area on a walking distance from the sea, supermarket and pharmacies. The terrace area with a swimming pool and a barbecue area was a plus. The host, Manuel, is super friendly, helpful and proactive. We had a very late check-in and he made sure to greet us in person. One of my best Airbnb experience and I highly recommend the place.

I went on vacation with my wife, we really liked the flat, everything was thought out in the smallest details, bed, pillows, sheets and blankets of the best quality. Lighting and air conditioning, all automated with Alexia, which helps a lot. The building is new, the leisure area is top-notch with an incredible view of the sea. There is a laundry room on the ground floor (paid separately) I would definitely come back, especially since breakfast will be served at the reception (paid separately). The host is very helpful and friendly, no complaints. I recommend it for sure. Super indico

Very well decorated, comfortable, private, spacious apartment with an impeccable kitchen. Anyway, it reminds us of our home. The hostess is very helpful, polite and proactive. New condominium, with complete infrastructure and excellent employees, very professional, polite and friendly. For the 11 days we stayed, the only thing missing was the welcome chocolates (Rs). I recommend it.
