The bungalow is located inside a private property. In a comfortable and quiet atmosphere. The Xochimilco neighborhood is very traditional where several artisan families, restaurants, shops and local businesses are located. You can walk to the center in 10 minutes. We are behind the church so on June 2-3 and October 7 there are church celebrations. You'll find a fair on the street or hear fireworks at night during the celebrations.

I loved the stay, the house is beautiful, I loved the location because they are next to a vertex and it is very cool. The facilities are impeccable and the house is very well organized. The super equipped kitchen. Walk around the area every day and enjoy it a lot. I was also able to spend time with Yanet and her husband, who are the hosts at home. They are so kind and attentive, that I felt like family. I highly recommend the place, I would definitely come back!!!

A single room in a central residential area

Very good place in an awesome city. The room is quite small, but clean and comfortable. Claudia was very attentive and checked in frequently to see if I needed anything. The location is a bit of a walk from the center, but Calle Jose Lopez Alavez and Callejon Rufino Tomayo are a very nice route, with cobblestone streets, restaurants, cafes, and murals. I took my friends who were staying downtown for a walk to my neighborhood for lunch one day, and they appreciated the quieter, less urban vibe.

I had a wonderful stay at Edmundo’s Airbnb in Oaxaca! It was super walkable to everything I wanted to do and I felt really safe being there as a solo traveler. Edmundo was a great host and was very kind and communicative. I would recommend his Airbnb to all other solo travelers!
