Perfect paradise. This place far exceeded our expectations, it was so quiet and peaceful, exactly what we were looking for. The outdoor sitting space was amazing to watch the sunsets and sunrises and also watch the planes from a distance. The host has clearly out alot of effort into this space and it shows! The bed was very comfortable and the space was perfect for two people. The cabin has everything you need for a getaway. The sheep were so cute hanging around the property. Beautiful location with two cabins on the property, host is also on site to always help with anything needed. Thanks again!

Loved Casa Hormiga! Cute, quaint, hut was the perfect place to start my time in Costa Rica! So sad I missed out on one night with airline delays. Jose is so friendly and a wonderful host! I opted for a craniosacral massage service and to go see the 500 year old tree up the street. It was a glorious day! He also gave other wonderful recommendations of things to do/see in the area.

I stayed here for a month and really loved it! It's in a great location, not far from the two main beaches in the area, but also quiet and tucked away. Very tranquil. The house is super clean and has everything you need for a long-ish term stay. Zivile is an excellent host and is very helpful and responsive.

Greetings, I wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay. We loved the views of the lake and mountains. The view from the living room is a constant reminder of the incredible natural beauty of Arenal. We enjoyed how the morning light fills the house, especially the main bedroom. We cooked almost every day. Great stove and a well equipped kitchen was a plus and saved us a lot of money. The house is cozy with great views. The grounds are beautiful and enhance the surrounding natural beauty. We really enjoyed the quiet comfort of the house and the environment you have created.
