Sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung in schöner Lage. Alles vorhanden, um sich auch selber verpflegen zu können. Sehr bequeme Betten und Kissen. Wir waren eine Woche dort und erhielten in der Mitte unseres Aufenthalts eine kostenlose Reinigung und neue Wäsche angeboten. Kaffee und Tee und Dolce in der Küche zu unserer Verfügung und ebenso Essig und Öl, Gewürze, schönes Geschirr und Kochtöpfen. Tolle Lage Nähe Biennale und nahe Lagune.

This was one of the nicest Airbnb’s I have stayed in. It was spacious, clean and the bathroom and kitchen area had modern fixtures. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Nicolo left a variety of snacks and drinks which were very much appreciated. The location is very convenient to the popular sightseeing locations, yet it is in a quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend renting this apartment to anyone.

Le logement est idéalement bien situé , un havre de paix dans un authentique quartier de vénitiens , un quartier vivant , de bons commerces de bouche , d’agréables restaurants et bars , tout en étant assez proche à pied de la place Saint Marc , à quelques minutes de la Biennale . La communication avec Giovanna était parfaite , réactive et adaptable . Tout dans cet appartement lumineux , à l’aménagement réussi , était prévu pour notre confort et bien être ( belle chambre confortable, grand dressing , petite bibliothèque , salon agréable , cuisine moderne très bien équipée , des produits pour le petit déjeuner , pour cuisiner , produits d’hygiène ) , pour se sentir immédiatement ”chez soi ” . Une adresse où l’on a tant aimé séjourner pour notre 4 eme séjour à Venise , cette ville qui nous fascine toujours autant , que nous espérons y retourner . Merci à nos hôtes ✨🌈🙏. Great accommodation. Exactly as advertised. It’s far from the train station so the only way to reach the place with luggage is by water bus. It’s in the quiet part of Venice, 20 mins by foot from the st mark square. However , a short 5 mins walk takes you to a very trendy road with restaurants that are reasonably priced and where locals eat away from the hustle bustle of busy Venice streets. We enjoyed our time.
