Santa Marina Apartment

Luxury apartment in the heart of Venice, just an 8-minute walk from St. Mark's Square and 5 minutes from Rialto. One week before arrival, you will be asked to provide the ID of one guest, along with payment of the cleaning fee (€50 for the group) and the accommodation tax. Your data will only be shared with the Police and the Municipality. Elevators are rare in Venice: there are around 50 steps, but they aren't very steep. There is a luggage delivery service directly to the apartment. There is a luggage storage room.

The entrance is shared with the apartment manager, but completely separate. Only the main entrance and the laundry area are shared. The kitchen is large, while in the main room there is a double bed and a small living room.
