L’appartamento si trova al piano terra, a dieci minuti da piazza San Marco e a tre dal ponte dell’Accademia,in una zona molto bella, tranquilla e interessante per i bellissimi negozi e le gallerie di arte. Vicino c'è un negozio di alimentari molto fornito. Nelle vicinanze ci sono due supermercati, Coop e Despar. A due minuti tutti i collegamenti per la città e l'aeroporto. A cinque minuti c'è un deposito bagagli a pagamento aperto tutti i giorni dalla 9 alle 21.

Leuk appartement waar je het gevoel kan krijgen hoe het was om in Venetië te wonen, waardoor je je iets minder toerist en tijdelijk Venetiaan kunt voelen. Ingang in een nauw straatje. Via een trap kom je op de eerste verdieping in een ruim appartement met hoge plafonds met een enorme kroonluchter en ramen met luiken met uitzicht op een smal grachtje. Wij waren er in de winter en het appartement was aangenaam warm wat een welkom gevoel gaf. Snel reagerende host.

We loved our stay at Jacopo’s place! It’s a beautiful apartment that feels very authentic Venetian and we loved the location right on the grand canal. It’s right across the canal from the 5 star Aman hotel and has just as good of views at a fraction of the price. We also loved the proximity to all the main sights, but it’s just a few blocks away from all the hustle and bustle of the main areas which made for a nice peaceful location. When we were the AC was not working which was a bit disappointing, but it was still manageable in early June with the windows open.

This apartment is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of San Marco but steps away from it all too. We felt safe and could get where we needed easily. We enjoyed retreating from a long day or breaking up our day with rest at the apartment. The washing machine was super important for us because it was hot and we needed to change our clothes regularly without having packed a large bag for a long weekend in Venice. Highly recommend.

Apartment was easy to get to. We took a train to Venezia S. Lucia station and a ferry (bus). A short walk later, we arrived at the apartment. There were clear instructions from Simone and it was easy to check-in. The apartment was spotless and clean which made our stay wonderful.

What a beautiful original space. We feel so lucky to have found a gorgeous large apartment that has all of the original features that you might be looking for when coming to Venice. Many apartments that we have stayed in in the past are very modern inside and everything has been stripped out for modern feeling, but this apartment is so beautiful with original ceilings and floors and beautiful original chandeliers. We would be so happy to return. Our host was gracious and always responded with fantastic information and she was able to meet us for our arrival. Highly suggest taking her recommendations for the private boat to pick up at the airport or anywhere else.

Stroll to St Mark's Square from Casa Verona Luxury Apartment

We had a great stay at Casa Verona. The apartment was even bigger than it looked in the pictures. It was clean and easy and in a great location about ten minutes’ walk from St Mark’s square. The apartment is on the second floor but the stairs are wide and shallow so easy to use, even with luggage. Federico was quick to reply to any messages we sent which is always reassuring with any apartment. We found an added bonus too - one of the windows in the dining room had a brilliant view along one of the canals below. It was great fun watching gondolas go by every minute or so. I just wish there had been a bar stool by the window so I could sit and watch with a coffee or a glass of wine for even longer.
