Fantastic place, fantastic location, and a fantastic view.

The apartment is very nice and comfortable. The location is good as it is close to the beach of both Ipanema and Copacabana. Also, a few blocks away there are very good places to eat and drink. There are staff at the reception of the building 24 hours a day, with a very good disposition to any questions. The building has a pool and sauna, which are freely accessible, and also a washer and dryer that can be used for a small fee. It also has daily cleaning of the apartment at your choice, but it does not require the payment of an extra amount. We had a great stay and I would stay there again.

The apartment is identical to the photos and the location in Leblon is unbeatable, 2 blocks from the beach, on the corner there is a 24-hour supermarket and many restaurants and bars around. The stay was beautiful, I would definitely choose it again!

Paulo’s apartment is very beautiful and spotless with great crispy clean towels. The location and the views are really awesome. Very nice apartment! Comfortable, facing the sea! Maria was very kind, she kept our bags on the last day and left us a bathroom until 5 pm free for us, to be able to bathe before taking the night flight! He welcomes you with gifts and mineral water!! Impeccable, thank you for everything!

My stay was wonderful, too bad it was short. The location is perfect. The view is amazing and the apartment is super cozy and spacious. I felt at home! I had an excellent stay! The location is great, with easy access to various points of the city and very close to Maracanãzinho — which was a differential for me. The condominium is very safe, well maintained and has super attentive doormen and efficient management. The apartment is extremely comfortable, with cozy beds and all rooms air-conditioned, which made all the difference. A very positive point is also the shower, which works well even in the event of a power outage. The host was always very helpful and attentive throughout the stay, showing true care to ensure that everything was in order. This brought a lot of peace of mind and confidence. The house is delicious!! Super cozy and comfortable. It's a complete house! Wonderful bed and bath linens, pool towels were also available. Kitchen complete with utensils and dishes/cups/glasses of all kinds, full tbm barbecue area! There is no shortage of activities for children! Pool buoys, foosball, ping pong, pool, beach tennis rackets and the soccer field! Everything works perfectly. Apart from the pernilongos, we have nothing to complain about. Victor was an excellent host responding to everything quickly. Tbm we were appointed to Thainara to help with cleaning the house on the days we stayed there and it was a great indication. We'll be back!

The house is beautiful. Very well built, with integrated indoor and outdoor spaces. The view is beautiful, breathtaking (but get ready to climb a hill by car). infinity pool, sauna, a large Jacuzzi that fits the whole family... Adriana, the employee, was also great. The stay was wonderful. The only issue is that the shower water is difficult to regulate and keeps heating up and cooling down, but nothing that significantly affects the experience. We plan to come back!

We loved our stay. Very fragrant rooms and linens. The place is beautiful, very quiet and private, but at the same time less than a 5-minute drive from the main street and shops. The house's Wi-Fi worked well the whole time. Well-equipped kitchen. Rodrigo and Andra were very kind hosts and available for everything we requested. We feel very at home. The bath was the only point that at first I thought would not be so good since it was very cold, but it was more the trick of getting the hang of it. Opening the water just a little, it still comes out with pressure and hot. So nothing to complain about.
