We spent New Year's Eve at the house with a group of friends, it was seven days, and it was a great experience. The distinctions of the house are: the outdoor area - with a large garden and swimming pool - and the living room, comfortable and perfect for fraternizing and resting. The house has everything we need for the stay, all the kitchen utensils and bed and bath linens. Another positive point is the location, it is in a quiet neighborhood and close to the center, accessible. Lili and Missinho, who supported us during our stay were requested and attentive. We recommend.

I highly recommend it! I looked at the last minute and was promptly attended to, greeted by the host Chris and soon after Renata, extremely nice, I requested, I went with my husband and elderly dog and they prepared a pet bed, provided a bowl of water and food; I loved the affection they had The Pet was comfortable on the property, with privacy, it doesn't even remember that there is someone in the house. The room exceeded expectations! A wonderful bed and hot tub, which didn't even make you want to leave the room. Amazing breakfast! Super quiet place. I was looking to rest and relax and I did. You can request deliveries, feel free to receive (iFood), stocked minibar, clean towels and bathrobes. It's definitely worth every dollar. And I'll definitely be back.

No problems, would stay again

The neighborhood and apartment are breathtaking. The view was amazing and its an easy walk to lapa and Escaleron. Be aware that you would have to take transportation to go to the beach! I didn’t mind that at all. Check in and check out was easy. Super helpful and attentive service!

Great apartment, safe place, to walk quietly through the streets, clean, has a large glass door that goes out on the balcony and a window which makes the apartment be well ventilated and around the building there are plenty of trees, to see a little bit of the sea tbm by the view. Great leisure structure. Near stores and supermarkets, hosts respond quickly and are always ready to help. I recommend it!

Sensational location and hostess! excellent apartment for two people, beautiful view to Pedra da Gávea and all of Barra da tijuca, extremely safe building (guard 24h) with very friendly and receptive staff, 24-hour self-service convenience store for emergencies, restaurants and market on the side, beautiful waterfront with many kiosks and safe! large bathroom and perfect shower! Hosting exceeded my expectations. It is ideal for both solo and couples travelers, with a range of bars, restaurants and nearby attractions. The atmosphere is identical to what appears in the photos of the listing, all impeccably clean and organized. There is even a kitchen where it is possible to prepare small dishes. Everything in the room worked perfectly! The host, Leonardo, was extremely helpful with my questions and needs. Undoubtedly, it is a place where I would return and recommend.

Well located, my flight was at 9:00 p.m. I requested a half day so I could stay until 6:00 p.m., but they did not allow it, they required the charge of a full day
