The location is amazing. It felt like I was living a dream, with that wonderful view... that even on a rainy day, remains incredible!!!! There are many restaurants nearby, supermarkets, great location, I highly recommend it! And the view is a show apart. And the apartment was very clean and fragrant, we loved it.

The apartment is exactly as described, it has all the amenities for a great stay (including for long stays). Excellent location, one block from the beach and close to shops (market, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, etc.). Communication with Joaquim was very quick and clear, he was always very polite. On an upcoming trip to RJ, I'll stay in the same apartment!

Alexander was friendly and welcomed us on the first day. The design and the art of the house is amazing. I see myself staying here for over a month. The Neighbourhood is safe and secure. I highly recommend booking and staying here if you are new to Rio.

I stayed 10 days in Merc's property, the location is excellent, in the middle of the two main beaches (Ipanema and Copacabana), within walking distance, it is a very quiet area, with restaurants and supermarkets. The accommodation is very nice, two very spacious and well-kept floors, the gem is the shower on the terrace, with a sea view. The house was cleaned every day for free. A sauna and pool are also available, very comfortable. I recommend this accommodation for your stay.

The stay at Eliane's was impeccable! The apartment is comfortable, spacious, super clean and well equipped. The hostess welcomes you in person, she was super helpful and affectionate, she took us to the supermarket when we arrived to have food, because we arrived late, tired and with children! Very nice apartment! Comfortable, facing the sea! Maria was very kind, she kept our bags on the last day and left us a bathroom until 5 pm free for us, to be able to bathe before taking the night flight! He welcomes you with gifts and mineral water!! Impeccable, thank you for everything!

We had a great stay! The host was very attentive and detailed in the information, as well as very flexible with check-in and check-out times, which was essential since we were coming straight from abroad to visit our relatives. The apartment is small but cozy, ideal for a comfortable stay. All necessary utensils were available, although some dishes and pots already show signs of prolonged use and could be replaced. Communication with Luiz was always quick and clear. We already knew the condominium from other visits to Brazil and, for sure, we will stay here again. We recommend it!

The place was amazing and beautiful views of the beach. I loved waking up every morning and looking out the windows. The place was huge, clean, and comfortable. The upstairs neighbors were very loud one night making it hard to sleep. But, that has nothing to do with the host and the place. Very close walk to the beach. Getting into the building is very easy. When calling a uber I recommend putting the name of the building in as some uber drivers would go to the park on the other side. The host were very communicative and responded very quickly. The pictures don’t do this view justice! Once you walk in it’s the most gorgeous view with sights of the lake, the beach and Christ the Redemer. The location was extremely walkable with tons of bakeries, bars and restaurants within 5 minutes. The doorman was also very pleasant and allowed us to drop our bags off at 7am right as we got off of our fight so that we could explore the city. The host was great as well and allowed to check in as soon as the flat was cleaned from the previous guest. We also loved that the mall was just across the street with plenty of shopping centers close by as well. I would highly recommend staying here for the best experience in Rio!

The place looked just like the pictures—modern, clean, and well-kept. Heron was very responsive once we checked in, which we appreciated. Communication before check-in was a bit limited, but overall a great stay!

The BEST Airbnb. Hosts were so accommodating, had great tips and replied to our questions throughout our whole stay. Felt perfectly safe the entire time in the neighborhood around the house.
