Beyond this private nest are 360 degree views of the Sangre de Christo Mountains, the Rio Grande Gorge, spectacular sunset displays & miles of walking & bike trails.

Welcome to The ModPod. A comfortable, clean, modern space with a kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom with south facing windows and hand laid brick floors. Includes subfloor radiant heat for the winter and a skylight for ventilation in the summer. An off grid gem with wireless internet, beautiful finishes, and comfortable furniture. The studio is located in the Greater World Earthship Community, just past the Rio Grande Gorge Bridge. 20 minutes from the heart of the historic district.

This listing is for the east side of "Mother Earthship". There is an attached west suite. Both sides are completely private with only the driveway shared.

This Earthship is great for experiencing a home that is quiet, serene, romantic, private, (one acre lot) surrounded by acres of sagebrush and chamisa. and is only 15 minutes from town. The inside is dark adobe with gold straw, with flagstone floors, and rustic Sycamore Oak beams. 3 kivas fireplaces too! It's been used as a recording studio too, If you like taking awesome photographs, this is THE place. Cozy, comforting! Pets are welcome and must be leashed! Cat box provided by request!
