There's a full eat in kitchen and two additonal outdoor dining areas. One off the bedroom veranda and one off the downstairs kitchen entrance. Lounge in the upstairs living room with large picture windows to take in the scenery. Full bath features a deep Jacuzzi tub and a large shower. Large BR with a Queen mattress has a sitting area + door out to the veranda.

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a Bosch gas stove with heavy gauge grills. There's a stainless BBQ just outside on the portal. The Master BR has a slate shower and deep soaking tub. This cozy 2-story home sits on 10 acres in the Chama River Valley. A seasonal creek runs along edge of land with amazing mountain views. Ideal for a single artist, couple or small family. Hiking + hot springs nearby, including Ghost Ranch, Poshuouingue ruins & Ojo Caliente Springs! Most pets are welcome (for a pet fee). It's helpful to check in on it, however, due to our contained pups further back on the land. Open to longer stays at discounted price. Write about either to discuss!
