The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Beautifully located in Upper Bavaria close to Rosenheim and Prien am Chiemsee. Mountains, lakes and a wide range of leisure activities around the cities of Wasserburg, Burghausen and Kufstein, in nearby Austria, were the offer. For your stay with us in the house you have a closed apartment on the 1st floor and a private entrance.

There are supermarkets, bakeries, and public transport stops nearby. The apartment is on the 1st floor and is accessible through a private entrance. The bright kitchen-living room, the bathroom with underfloor heating and large bathtub, as well as the bedroom with beech wood double bed are inviting for relaxation.

Die drei ganz neuenTiny-Häuser liegen in einer kleinen ruhigen Ortschaft nahe dem Simsee. In der Umgebung lassen sich viele Ausflüge zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad zu den umliegenden Seen machen, zwischen typisch bayrischer Landschaft. Jedes Haus hat ein Schlafzimmer für zwei Personen, es gibt ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer für eine 4er-Belegung. Im Gemeinschaftsgarten gibt es einen Grillplatz. Mit dem Zug von Bad Endorf sind es ca. 50 min nach München oder Salzburg.

We rent a fully furnished and very cozy gallery apartment in a quiet location. In the lower area is the living and dining area as well as access to the bathroom with shower. A wooden staircase leads to the sleeping area with double bed on the upper floor (glazed gallery). The kitchenette contains everything you need to cook. In the garage under the apartment is the washing machine as well as space for bikes, skis... E-bikes can be loaded.

The Asbichlerhof is a single farm with a wonderful secluded location in a district near Hirnsberg. Bad Endorf and the Chiemgau thermal baths are about 8 minutes by car. The closest train station is also in Bad Endorf on the Munich – Salzburg train line. Hikes, for example, to the Ratzinger Höhe with a view of Lake Chiemsee or bike tours in the area are possible at any time.
