It has a separate entrance and consists of a spacious room with box-spring double bed (2m x 2m), sofa and dining area with unobstructed views of the nature (biotope). There is also a separate fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Wi-Fi and TV available. Furthermore, there is a separate parking space.

In front of the house there is a small terrace, 50 m from the market square with restaurants and lots of shopping.

Dear guests, welcome to our stylishly renovated half-timbered house from 1850. We want to offer you living in a special atmosphere: exposed half-timbering, partly exposed masonry and natural clay ceilings meet designer chairs and lamps. Clear lines in the decor, on organic structures of the house. Lush jelängerjelieber, a native climbing plant, climbs around the house lined with perennials. There is plenty of free parking around the house.

This small house, with a magnificent view stretching all the way to the Vosges Mountains in France, is located on the outskirts of Herbolzheim in the foothills of the Black Forest. Europa-Park and Rulantica are just 10 minutes away. The Black Forest, Freiburg, Strasbourg, and many more are great destinations from here. A tourist tax will be levied in Herbolzheim starting January 1, 2026. Guests will receive a Konus card upon request.

Parking for cars is available directly in front of the property. EuropaPark is only 15 minutes away from the property by public transport. Dear guests, With us you can expect a 1 1/2 room apartment created in 2020 and modernly furnished, including a private entrance. It has a separate bathroom as well as a private kitchen. Beautifully located between vineyards, towards the end of a cul-de-sac, you can enjoy your vacation here in peace.
