Evening and Sunday open grocery store Mesnali 3 min. Bed linen and towels can be rented and must be pre-booked - price NOK 250/£20/€25 per set. Feel free to bring your own. The stone cabins at Kastad farm are located undisturbed in fantastic natural surroundings. The cabin in the forest, like the other cabins, has stunning views of Mjøsa and Kastadtjernet. Cabin at Mosetertoppen ski stadium, ski in/out!

Centrally located in the cabin area, right by Mosetertoppen ski stadium. Perfect starting point for downhill/mountain biking or e.g. fishing! Ski-in/out Ski down to "Backyard" and Gondoltoppen/Skavlen. Lighted ski trails that are illuminated until 11 pm are right nearby, connected to over 300 km of prepared cross-country ski trails in winter, and an eldorado of bike trails in summer. The cabin is newly built in 2018, and is perfect for two families or a group. We only accept families or responsible adults.

Villa Leonore: Cottage with beachfront on Helgøya

For those who really want to experience the best Helgøya has to offer. Villa Leonore is a summer house built for tramway director Dybwad's wife Leonore in 1915. A nice garden leads down to a private beach by Mjøsa. Beautiful perennial bed and a separate kitchen garden to supply yourself with. You can relax on the porch with a good book, and make delicious local and organic food, with the farm's and the area's own products. There are great hiking opportunities on Helgøya, for walking, running and cycling.
