Welcome to the "Waldhaus an der Wiese" in Uelsen. On a 1000 sqm sunny clearing in the forest and holiday area of Uelsen, surrounded by birch trees, pines and oaks, lies our 2024/25 extensively and energetically renovated bungalow. Behind the house you have a wonderful view over meadows and pastures. Especially in the morning when the sun rises over the meadow and you sit in the conservatory with a coffee – an unforgettable moment! Here you can enjoy heavenly tranquility in a natural environment.

Our B&B offers you a spacious apartment (45m2), lockable, on the 1st floor with private entrance. This makes contactless stays possible. Kitchen with 2-burner stove, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and kettle. Through the landing, you enter your own bathroom with sinks, shower and toilet. The private entrance is on the ground floor. If you come with 3 or 4 persons, there is a second living/bedroom in the apartment available (25 m2 extra) Pets are allowed only after consultation.

Skier Twente is in the yard of a farm of my in-laws, with unobstructed views (the road in front of the cottage belongs to the farm) The large windows make Skier Twente special, the binoculars are waiting for you!

Cozy bakery a stone's throw from the German forests

Our completely refurbished bakery is located in one of the quietest places in the Netherlands. From the yard, walk into the endless German forests or explore the area by bicycle. Beautiful places such as Ootmarsum, Hardenberg and Gramsbergen are close by, but there is also plenty to see across the border. The kitchen is fully furnished and the private terrace has a comfortable seating area, barbecue, sunbeds and parasol. A luxury breakfast is available on request for €20 per person.

Stay with the farmer!

Staying with the farmer, who wouldn't want that? Discover the countryside. Enjoy the space and tranquility. Nice wooden little basic house, under the oak trees, with a cozy interior. In this area you can walk and cycle, such as "het Reestdal" and "het Staphorsterbos". In the area there are entrepreneurs who sell local products at home. The places Balkbrug and Nieuwleusen are 5 km away with basic facilities. Larger places nearby are Zwolle, Meppel, Dalfsen and Ommen.

In our garden, next to our family, you will not encounter anyone else one day. Lots of sound from the birds and in the evening a beautiful starry sky in clear weather. The lake lodge is located directly on the lake and perfectly combines the features of a cozy Scandinavian-style house with the amenities of a modern equipped accommodation with exclusive and luxurious highlights. The sauna, hot tub and fireplace offer relaxation. One of our highlights is the loft net, which allows a view over the lake. The vacation home has 2 bedrooms with box spring beds. Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed.

My vacation home is located in the county of Bentheim between canal, meadows and forest on the edge of a small village in the immediate vicinity of the Dutch border. The Lower County is known for well-developed bike paths: Along canals, rivers, moorlands and small villages, our border region can best be discovered by bike. Enjoy the tranquility in our stylish B&B. Within minutes you are in the heart of the city center of Enschede. Ideal for walking or cycling to explore the city and surroundings. A garage is available to store any (electric) bikes safely. Optionally, a breakfast basket can be ordered (€25) which we will then prepare for you to prepare and use at a time of your choice. Towels/kitchen towels are provided.
