Our cozy newly built (2022) annex is located in the heart of the old Nordby. In the annex, there is a living room, large kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds), large bathroom and entrance. From the home, it is 5 minutes by bike to the ferry, 10 minutes by bike to the beach and 0 minutes to shopping and downtown. There is a private terrace, where there is plenty of space to relax and enjoy the weather. In addition, the annex has its own parking right at the door.

From the sofa there is a view of dunes, nature and rich wildlife, where rabbits and deer come all the way up to the terrace. The house is heated with heat pump and there is underfloor heating in the bathroom. The house is well furnished with central living room and kitchen / living room as well as 2 rooms with 140x200 cm beds.
