Charming cozy cabin with amazing view

Alps Mountains. Italy. Aosta Valley. A cabin in a small village at 1600 meters,in the peace of meadows, grazing cows and mountains. Snow (usually) in the winter. A place of the heart, lovingly restored preserving the ancient beams of the roof. A wonderful view from the large windows and a special tranquility for those in search of peace, warmth and relaxation. The furniture is very nice: wood above all, but also more lively colors, and modern comforts. Quiet excursions, both on snowshoes or ski.

Our chalet is a renovated "Walzer" style barn. We are a Belgian family with 3 children and a dog and love this remote quiet place in the Valsesia valley. We enjoy hiking in the mountains or just walking in the valley or swimming in the river that passes by on the back of our house. We love skiing in the nearby "Monte Rosa" or "Alpe di Mera" Ski domains (15 or 10 minutes respectively by car) and enjoy cooking with local produce savoring local wines (Gattinara, Ghemme, Barbaresco, Barolo, ...)

In one of the oldest Walser areas, reachable by a 5 minutes walk from a parking lot. Recently renovated. Spaces are well designed, ideal for families or friends who like to chill together. Not indicated for people with walking difficulties. The structure was build in the 16th century...Walser people were short so ceilings are lower than standard. Be ready to take care of the fireplace (pellet) and be parsimonious with hot water. City center 1 Km away . In winter a ski shuttle is available.

Goditi una vacanza nell'escusivita' di questo appartamento di design al primo piano di uno chalet di nuova realizzazione ,classe energetica A2 ,con riscaldamento a pavimento ,grandi finestre panoramiche con triplo vetro(una dimora che non ha bisogno di quadri), insonorizzata. Ogni particolare rende la casa unica nel suo genere grazie anche all'ampiezza degli ambienti. Lo chalet e' circondato da un parco privato con possibilità di parcheggio e dista solo pochi minuti a piedi dalle piste
