Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Rijssen-Holten

Marieke and Mark were super hosts. Everything was clean and tidy when I arrived. They give you all the privacy and are also very helpful when needed. Even when I forgot something, that was super resolved. The space itself is also very nice. You have your own garden, and inside it is cozy and tidy. Highly recommendable!

We had a great week in a great cottage. We arrived and were first greeted nicely and we were shown the house and the most important things explained. We received helpful tips about the surroundings. From great hiking and biking trails to the local restaurants, everything was included. We were impressed by the very good amenities of the cottage, nothing was missing, and the barbecue provided also delighted us. For our little daughter, there was a bed, a high chair, toys and even a small slide in the garden. We often sat on the great terrace in the evening and drank a glass of wine. Martijn always asked if everything was okay and also stopped by in person upon departure. For us, it was a really great week that we were able to experience there. Thanks again to our hosts, it was great with you.

We felt very comfortable in Theo and Wilma's vacation home in Roosdom. We were there with our little son. He particularly liked the morning view from the living room window of the sheep. 😀 A very idyllic place to stay. We also slept very well. It's so quiet, you just don't hear anything. The only thing that could be improved is the bathroom. The shower is not really separated, so the water unfortunately flows all over the floor. But a wiper is available. Unfortunately, we also lacked a toaster in the kitchen. But everything else is great. Unfortunately, the weather didn't quite play along. On the penultimate day, however, it got quite hot. There are some great activities in the area. You can get everywhere easily by bike. There is a children's farm with animals and playground equipment nearby and the Verwolde estate is recommended, for example. Highly recommended for those who want to have a quiet vacation in the countryside

What a wonderful stay we had in the cozy house of Aster and Erik. After a warm welcome, it didn't take long for us to feel completely at home. With lovely places to sit in the house: around the fireplace, by the TV, a reading corner, a relaxing chair and a great dining table. And a fully equipped kitchen with cooking island, where you can also look outside and enjoy the beautiful view. The bedrooms are also fine and the beds comfortable. The large bathroom downstairs is a bit more luxurious, but the bathroom upstairs also works fine. And around the house there are also all cozy seating areas, 1 of which with a canopy under which we sat outside despite less good weather. Also the room with foosball, darts, pool table and other fun games was great! The area is also really beautiful. We'd love to come back here.

We had a beautiful time at this lovely place. Judith & Marc gave everything for an unforgettable stay. The house is prepared so warmly with many useful extras. Whenever we needed something or simply needed help, we could send a text message and things were managed. We would love to come for a further stay. Either in summer to enjoy the impressing garden and its atmosphere or in winter, to feel cozy and safe at the beautiful house.

A very nice place in the countryside, between the meadows, a cute path that leads to a ditto cottage. Breakfast with a view of meadows. Wake up to birds and immediately go into the sauna. Make a fire in the evening. We had a wonderful few days and soon got into rest mode! Thanks!

We had a fantastic time. Beautiful quiet and natural environment with privacy. Extremely friendly welcome. Everything super neat and clean. Worth repeating. The area is great and easy to walk and otherwise the bus towards the center. Stop is a 2-minute walk. Very welcoming and friendly owners. Everything was just great!

We had a really wonderful time in this beautiful apartment! It is in a beautiful old building, but is modern but cozy inside. Nice big bed, spacious kitchen and a nice sitting area with large TV, chromecast etc. You step out the door and are in the center of Zutphen, very convenient! Johan is a very friendly, attentive host who even arranged a camping bed for our 1-year-old daughter. We felt very welcome ☺️

As with the last stay, everything was great, nothing has changed. Great hosts and very flexible.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely Airbnb in the heart of Deventer’s historic center. The location is perfect—everything is within walking distance: shops, supermarkets, cafes—yet the area is peaceful and quiet, offering the best of both worlds. The space itself is beautifully set up, with great facilities and a well-equipped kitchen that made it easy to cook. It’s also very kid-friendly, which made our stay even more comfortable as a family. The hosts were warm and welcoming, and we truly felt at home. Highly recommended!

What a beautiful clean cottage. Everything is present. But especially the view and the tranquility. Ina and Jan are very welcoming. We'd love to come back to enjoy the peace and quiet.

Beautiful, central location, ideally located (within walking distance less than 1 minute) near parking, entertainment, supermarkets, and the city center. Ideal to enter the accommodation with an access code, which met the outlined expectations perfectly. Hosts are very active in communication, and thinking along. Absolutely recommended for a stay in Zwolle!

What a nice place! We really enjoyed our stay with Ans and Anton. Their B&B was the perfect base for the wedding we were going to. And how sweet: when it was pouring out of the sky, Anton even brought us the car! The next morning we were spoiled with a delicious breakfast. Everything was taken care of to the last detail. Great unit with easy close access to shows, restaurants and public transportation. Perfect quiet getaway location. Manon was very responsive and friendly.

A wonderful home during a vacation or a few days away. Nel and Hans are quiet, nice and welcoming. I found accommodation tidy, spacious enough and all kinds of utensils. The area is very varied, from rural, villages to open heathlands. I enjoyed it.
