Apartment vacation rentals in Rieti

It’s a beautiful apartment with a proactive hosting team. The apartment is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood and rooms are nicely furnished. We reported some issue late night, and it was fixed right next day during the hours that we were out. We would stay here again next time we go to Rome. I highly recommend this apartment.

If the location fits the schedule, I would highly recommend it. It takes about 15-20 minutes on foot to the Vatican tour site. The advantage is that it is very clean. In fact, if you go to a European Airbnb, even if it is clean, there are parts that are different from Korean culture, so you often experience private inconvenience in living (such as no towel rack, only a sunflower shower, and no shelf to put shampoo or body wash on). But this place was the most perfect of the 4 Airbnbs I've stayed in Italy. I really recommend it if the location fits your schedule. The disadvantage is that it's on the 4th floor of a building without an elevator (from the ground floor, so it's actually the 5th floor). Fortunately, the stairs aren't steep or sagging, so you just need to exert a little effort.

Literally the best airbnb I stayed at so far! Rome was my last destination in my 3 week Italy trip, and my mom and I were exhausted when we got to Rome. The walk from the Termini station to Guido’s place was only about 5 minutes, and Guido was outside to greet us. When we got to the room, we were so surprised to see that the room was spotless (mind you that my mom and I are pretty picky about cleanliness). We were so well-rested the night we got to Guido’s place that it felt like a fresh start. The location is amazing. You can get to anywhere without a problem since you are so close to the station. The terrace is beautiful, and you can see the sunrise every morning. There IS an elevator. The AC worked perfectly (Rome is extremely hot in the summer, so this is a must). Also, Guido was such a fun and helpful host, I really couldn’t ask for more. There isn’t a single reason not to stay at Guido’s place, and I hope to come back as well!

The beautiful home that Flavia and her parents, Fabio and Antonella, rent is absolutely wonderful. The view is breathtaking and the home carefully furnished with antique furniture that adds to the charm and beauty. Amelia is a lovely and peaceful town that everyone should visit! Flavia and her parents are the best -- friendly, responsive and just warm and lovely people. When I visit and see them, it's like seeing dear friends. Their place is the best!

Bettina is very warm and helpful. There was a delicious piece of cake waiting for me when I arrived. Bettina has good tips to discover the area. Recommended!

We had a nice stay on our bike trip to Rome in Fabio's studio. Large, beautiful space with beautiful views over the hills. Fabio made sure our bikes could be safely stored in a garage 200m away. The e-bike could charge there. Fabio even helped carry the luggage up the stairs from the street to the studio. His recommendation for a restaurant was very good. Amelia is a beautiful town and we'd love to come back, in Fabio's studio!

We found the perfect rental in Anguillara Sabazia. This home is even more lovely in person. We had everything we needed. The views from the balcony are amazing.

It was a charming apartment to stay in the beautiful town of Spoletto . We stayed with 2 of my children and their spouses and my 10 year old grandson and it was perfect for all of us . The weather was very warm but coming into the apartment was so very cool . We all loved it

We had a great stay at Valentina’s apartment. We stayed for 1 week. It was exactly as described and as in the photos. The apartment was very clean and everything you need is there for your entire stay. The furnishings are very comfortable and lots of choices for sitting. The view from the living room window was stunning, day and night. The bed was comfortable for a good nights sleep. Valentina communicated very well with us before, during and after. She even allowed us to check in earlier and met us in the piazza to take us to the apartment. She explained everything to us and later sent further information about how to get to the lake, restaurants and other attractions to visit. The information was very useful. The last part-the roof top terrace was very well used by us everyday. Amazing views. Would recommend.

Such a wonderful stay at Silvias beautiful property. We stayed for two weeks and it was the best holiday we’ve ever had! The perfect base from which to explore Umbria while also being a great place for rest and relaxation around the pool. The views are incredible. Silvia and her partner Simone are happy to help with anything you need and very responsive. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a second home for your stay in Umbria.

Spacious, clean. Parking at Spoletosfera was convenient. Close to all the main tourist attractions.

We were slightly later than expected but Vanessa very kindly waited for us to let us in. The apartment was very clean and perfect for my son and I with everything that we needed The location is great with beautiful views. Vanessa very kindly left us the excellent local olive oil and even provided us with two small bottles to take home. We thoroughly recommend Vanessa’s place to stay.

This apartment was very new, clean, and modern. It looks just like the photos, and is a fine space for two people. It is also very walkable to most of Rome, including the most notable tourist attractions. This is not the largest space, but it is very cozy and convenient.

Sergio’s place is really done to a high standard. The views are beautiful and in a great location to explore Umbria. Sergio is very warm and I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

Paola was a dream to work with and the place was sparkling beautiful. It felt like we were VIP’s. She met with us and greeted us kindly. We really enjoyed the place. It felt like a luxury resort more than an AirBNB. Paola is very friendly and is generous in many ways. We will book here again!

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. We stayed here for 3 nights in May 2025.The location is central to everything and lots of shopping and restaurants close by. The large outdoor patio was a great spot to rest and relax at the end of a busy walking day. The beds were comfortable. Apartment was clean. The hosts were very flexible in allowing us to store our luggage a few hours before check in time. We would definitely stay here again should we visit Rome !

The apartment was incredible, the host was also very helpful and very responsive. The apartment is decorated perfectly and is very spacious inside. It is a walkable distance to lots of restaurants and the city centre. Would definitely recommend and would 100% return and stay again we all loved our visit.

Fabrizio was amazing! So kind and full of great info about the history or Rome and locations to see. The place is exactly as described, so believe it when he says it is small. It was perfect for the 2 of us and the outside rooftop patio was brilliant.

Ideally located accommodation, all points of interest are within walking distance in less than 30 minutes. There are plenty of authentic little cobbled streets, where a Roman atmosphere reigns. The accommodation is quiet and very secure. The bubble bath after the day of walking is a pleasant plus. I recommend it without a problem.
