We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property in Monteleone for our first trip to Italy. The home was perfectly situated, with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, even more stunning than the photos. The property itself was peaceful, well maintained, and a perfect place to relax after exploring nearby towns. Giacomo and his family were very warm and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches around the home that made it feel cozy and authentic. Special thanks to Giacomo for helping to arrange the return of an item we left behind. Very kind and the apartment in addition to a splendid view is really beautiful and with all the amenities.

We stayed two nights in Adriano's apartment and felt very comfortable. The apartment and the amenities were as described. The location is good, the classic sights are within walking distance. The Trastevere district and the Tiber are just 3 minutes away. Due to the proximity to the "scene district", however, it was (only) a little louder on Saturday evening / night. You just can't have both😉. Adriano was easily accessible and the check-in and access to the apartment/house worked well. Had a lovely time!

Daniel’s place was exactly how it was described! Great location! Close to the square & excellent dining. Daniel was an amazing host! So helpful and ready to help with any requests. It was ideal for an overnight. Communication and directions were spot on! Super value! Highly recommend ☺️

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The location was peaceful and quiet—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. One of the true highlights was the outdoor living area, complete with a beautiful pool that made every moment feel like a retreat. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was our host, Claudia. She was incredibly kind and responsive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel like part of her family. Her warmth and hospitality truly set this stay apart. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for a tranquil getaway with a gracious, welcoming host and a beautiful space to enjoy, this is it!

Cala and Patrizias house is truly a hidden gem. It is an ideal location for a group trip/big family trip, as the spacious house has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, lounge groups, dining areas to seat many people, etc. We felt so safe and taken care of, as Patrizia responded quickly to all our questions and needs, and the caretaker Mario helped us with heating and so on upon request. I really hope I can return here some time, the surroundings were just so peaceful and beautiful, as are the house. We had dinner at the local restaurant (about 7-10 minutes walk) in the tiny village the house is located by one evening, which we recommend. A drink at Willy's bar afterwards should be mandatory. We can not recommend hiring chef Samulele (ask Patrizia to send his brochure) enough. He and his souz chef Katia made an amazing Italian dinner with wine-pairing at the villa. He also organized a trip to a local winery for us which was just perfect!

Arriving at Alberto and Tiziana's chalet is like entering a fairy tale... the house is very welcoming... the enchanted forest... the pool kept us company in the hottest hours. Top hosts for availability and kindness... we will be back as soon as possible.

If you are looking for the perfect spot for adults and kids, this villa is your place! My family and I had an amazing stay at Antonia’s villa. We had 3 families, including 5 kids aged 1 to 5. The villa is spacious, lots of room for everyone to spread out. Well equipped for children, including all the amenities you would need for young ones. The pool and lounge area overlook a breathtaking view! The animals were a big hit for the children, along with the fruit trees. Adrian brought a smile every morning bringing us fresh eggs, providing food for the animals (for the kids to feed), attending to the pool and grounds, and making sure we had everything we needed. We had Roberta cook us a 5 course meal one night, and the experience was amazing, authentic fresh Italian food enjoyed by all! Antonia is absolutely lovely, we met with her to purchase some of their olive oil. She made us feel at home and was great to communicate with! We had a dream vacation in Italy thanks to Antonia’s!

Very nice stay for a few days relaxing in summer. Beautiful olive gardens around the house, nice collection of wine. Everything clear, super big house, will come back next year!

We stayed 3 nights in this fantastic house, really beautiful, well-kept and equipped with any utility, the pool, the landscape and the greenery are truly unique, we will definitely come back, highly recommended for those who want to relax and spend beautiful days, also for the distance of the trip we arrived at 3 in the morning and they welcomed us wonderfully with 3 equally wonderful croissants. We were slightly later than expected but Vanessa very kindly waited for us to let us in. The apartment was very clean and perfect for my son and I with everything that we needed The location is great with beautiful views. Vanessa very kindly left us the excellent local olive oil and even provided us with two small bottles to take home. We thoroughly recommend Vanessa’s place to stay.

We had a lovely one night stay at Claudia’s beautiful apartment! It is very centrally located in Tivoli, a short walk to all of the sights and restaurants. The space is very stylish and clean. We received detailed instructions about parking and getting to the apartment which was very helpful.

Authentic and warm. The hospitality was exceptional, always available, helpful and full of kindness. This place is a real paradise nestled in the heart of nature, far from noise and pollution. A peaceful and beautiful setting where you can immediately feel good. Every moment here reminded me of the sweet memories of my childhood with my grandparents. Everything was perfect, from the indoor comfort to the magical atmosphere that prevails here. If you're looking for a place to relax and recharge, don't hesitate for a second! I stayed here in May and the weather was ideal. A true haven of peace where you want to come back over and over again. If you love nature and simplicity, this is the best place to experience them fully. Very nice apartment, typical, which allows you to move easily to points of interest such as the Marmore waterfalls. We were comfortable with our dogs, we also found bowls for them. There was everything you need for the kitchen and bathroom. Giuseppe also provided us with discount vouchers for both waterfalls and restaurants around the house. Only thing, but that has not created any kind of discomfort for us is that parking is not located near the house, but you have to do a stretch on foot, nothing impractical in any way. I highly recommend staying here!

My wife and I and our dogs were on the weekend of April 25 at Piera's place. We had a great time: small but very functional house,beautiful garden fenced for our dogs and spectacular views. We don't see you coming back.

Typical Italian house, modern and stylishly decorated, every detail has been thought of with the comfort of the guest in mind.. Picturesque location and good base to discover the beautiful places of Umbria. But very special was how warmly and sincerely hospitable our host Luca took care of us throughout the stay. Homemade cake (thanks to mother-in-law) and delicious wine at the reception was an illustration of this. Good tips about the region and restaurants. In short, this cottage is highly recommended.
