Apartment vacation rentals in Rieti

It’s a beautiful apartment with a proactive hosting team. The apartment is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood and rooms are nicely furnished. We reported some issue late night, and it was fixed right next day during the hours that we were out. We would stay here again next time we go to Rome. I highly recommend this apartment.

La casa affaccia su una vallata bellissima, a strapiombo sulle rupi e sulle mura di Amelia. Le rondini sfrecciano vicino alla finestra...una vista meravigliosa. L'appartamento è pulitissimo e arredato con gusto. Marco è stato gentilissimo e disponibile a darci info su tutto quanto poteva esserci utile. Ad Amelia siamo stati trattati benissimo e ci siamo sentiti " coccolati ". Abbiamo anche avuto dal Comune molte informazioni utili su come trascorrere al meglio il nostro soggiorno , comprese indicazioni sui più bei siti da visitare , sia a livello naturalistico che culturale

Literally the best airbnb I stayed at so far! Rome was my last destination in my 3 week Italy trip, and my mom and I were exhausted when we got to Rome. The walk from the Termini station to Guido’s place was only about 5 minutes, and Guido was outside to greet us. When we got to the room, we were so surprised to see that the room was spotless (mind you that my mom and I are pretty picky about cleanliness). We were so well-rested the night we got to Guido’s place that it felt like a fresh start. The location is amazing. You can get to anywhere without a problem since you are so close to the station. The terrace is beautiful, and you can see the sunrise every morning. There IS an elevator. The AC worked perfectly (Rome is extremely hot in the summer, so this is a must). Also, Guido was such a fun and helpful host, I really couldn’t ask for more. There isn’t a single reason not to stay at Guido’s place, and I hope to come back as well!

Vi med barna våre var heldige som fikk bo på Jette’s eiendom omringet av oliventrær, et stort og flott badebasseng, blomster og en utsikt som ikke kan sammenlignes med annet. Jette og Antonio var vennlige verter der de tok imot oss sent på kvelden med åpne armer og med stor gjestfrihet. Vi kommuniserte godt i forveien og startet første frokost med hjemmelaget aprikossyltetøy og brød som de var snille å fikse for oss før adkomst. Vi ønsket å oppleve det autentiske Italia, hvilket vi absolutt gjorde i form av område, kultur og mat - alt ut ifra tips fra Jette og mannen hennes. Vi anbefaler dette stedet på det sterkeste, vi kommer tilbake snart 😊

The beautiful home that Flavia and her parents, Fabio and Antonella, rent is absolutely wonderful. The view is breathtaking and the home carefully furnished with antique furniture that adds to the charm and beauty. Amelia is a lovely and peaceful town that everyone should visit! Flavia and her parents are the best -- friendly, responsive and just warm and lovely people. When I visit and see them, it's like seeing dear friends. Their place is the best!

This is one of the best experiences I've ever had on Airbnb. The place is so cute, the location is the best possible, and Federica is incredibly kind and helpful. My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon for the 2.5 weeks and we wished we didn't have to leave. If you are on the fence about this place, let this be your sign to pick it. You will not regret it.

We absolutely loved staying at Lucia’s home. It was everything we wanted. Close to all the major landmarks, beautiful home in a great neighborhood.. Lucia was an amazing host. She was full of knowledge and gave us great guidance. We will definitely come back here again.

Staying at Mario’s airbnb was amazing. It was our first time to Rome and we are so happy we stayed here. Mario met us as we checked in and helped us get settled. He was so communicative and helpful. He was kind and understanding when our flight was delayed multiple times and he helped us when we needed assistance with the apartment. The airbnb was cozy cute and had a beautiful view. The view from the terrace was gorgeous. The apartment had all of the amenities we needed. Thank you Mario!!

Great location. Near metro and spanish steps. Short walk to Trevi. Great apartment! Very clean. Love the layout. Balcony is very peaceful at night. Tastefully decorated. The ONLY downside is that there is no elevator. This is stated in the description so it was not a surprise.

Such a wonderful stay at Silvias beautiful property. We stayed for two weeks and it was the best holiday we’ve ever had! The perfect base from which to explore Umbria while also being a great place for rest and relaxation around the pool. The views are incredible. Silvia and her partner Simone are happy to help with anything you need and very responsive. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a second home for your stay in Umbria.

Genuinely the best Airbnb experience I’ve had. The amount of care and effort the hosts put into the place itself and the guest experience is exceptional. You really feel looked after by them! The place is spotless, stunning and I felt very safe and secure there as a female traveler in Rome for the first time. We loved the location and found it very easy to get into the city for our sightseeing. I can’t recommend this place enough!

As a solo traveler, I really appreciated how you checked in on me and responded quickly when I had trouble with the AC—you came by immediately with your maintenance guy. I felt safe, cared for, and welcomed. You also gave me great birthday dinner recommendations and had a super helpful welcome booklet with curated spots and things to do around Rome. The apartment was exactly like the photos—clean, stylish, and perfect for content. L' esperienza a Roma è stata splendida, resa speciale anche dall' opportunità di soggiornare in un appartamento molto raffinato, arredato con cura per i dettagli. Nella descrizione risulta una camera ma la seconda sistemazione è nel salotto con divano letto e porta, quindi come se le camere fossero praticamente due...con nostro grande piacere! La zona è splendida, bello passeggiare e raggiungere il Vaticano, ottimi i ristoranti. Grazie Paola, torneremo!

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

My mom had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly kind and accommodating—she felt very welcomed from the start. Everything was explained clearly, which made her stay easy and comfortable. The location was also perfect, close to everything she needed. Overall, the hosts were truly lovely and made her feel right at home. We’re very grateful and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

The location of this AirBnB is perfect. It’s on a quiet side street in manageable walking distance from everything. The street and surroundings was extremely charming. The Airbnb was exactly as expected and extremely clean. The only thing I’d recommend is providing more toilet paper (LOL). We would return on another trip to Rome!!

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. They went above and beyond, even arranging all of our transportation for us: from the airport to the villa, to the cruise port, and then back to the airport. E' stato un soggiorno confortevole l'appartamento e' dotato di tutto e Sara disponibile e presente. Abbiamo solo creato un disguido chiudendo la porta d'ingresso sbadatamente e lasciando le chiavi all'interno.. non era più possibile rientrare ci dispiace

Hidden gem in the heart of Rome. It is like living in your own personal royal apartment. The art in the living room is spectacular and so is the little garden out back. Definitely feels very exclusive. Despite the absolute calm of the place, the tourist hotspots are all walking distance from here. Such a perfect balance ! Great host too !
