Nice big apartment in the center of schladming, ten minutes on foot from gondola. Can comfortably fit 8 people, with a big well furnished kitchen, and a cosy living room and two separate bathrooms. The host were very pleasant and reactive. Bonus points for the fact that there is a restaurant in the same building, which we could not hear at all. Overall I strongly recommend!

We stayed at Riki’s and her family’s home for about 6 nights. The house was cozy and warm, and it provided us with everything we needed. Riki was generous, warm, and friendly. We’d be happy to return.

I can't recommend highly enough. Such a stunning location within easy reach of all amenities yet totally peaceful. Loved the balcony for morning coffee and mesmerizing views. Refreshing pool with infrared sauna available from early till late. The hosts were really responsive, so friendly and easy to deal with. Loved the games room and the lovely walks directly from the property. Really close to so many beautiful hikes, Salzburg and many other cities are within easy reach. Mondsee Lake is stunning, enjoyed an early morning swim and found a wonderful spot (recommended by the hosts) to watch a magnificent sunset.

The forest house is an exceptionally beautiful place to relax! Our apartment was cozy and clean, the surroundings are wonderful, the deer graze right outside the door, so to speak. From there, many hiking trails and great views can be reached quickly by car. Ariane and her whole family are really friendly, accommodating and likeable. We'll come back 😊 sometime Thank you for the lovely stay!

Again it was fantastic. It is sober and the price quality ratio is really very good. Don't expect a large place to stay, but it has everything you'll need. People are friendly. Entire house is very school not only the room but also the hall, outdoor space etc. Very nice. There is also a ski room that is kept warm well so you can dry things.

Recommended apartment! Very nice apartment, very well equipped and tastefully furnished. Drinks and milk in the fridge to welcome us was very attentive, thank you! However, the access to a private bathing area mentioned in the listing is not available.

The place is just splendid! We were fortunate to enjoy a sumptuous starry sky during the night, a real spectacle. The accommodation itself is perfect, it lacks absolutely nothing to feel good. The host is great: super welcoming, he gives off a beautiful energy, a lot of positivity and enthusiasm. We immediately felt comfortable. For sure, we'll definitely be back! Small amusing detail: the wooden deer head above the bed had a smile that was a little too smug to stay there during the night… so it ended up in the closet😂.

This was a beautiful apartment and we had a great stay. It was clean, spacious, well appointed, close to the ski slopes, and the sauna was a great perk! Everything was very modern and freshly updated. We would have loved to stay longer and will definitely return!!!

We had a super nice and relaxing vacation – full of hiking, cycling and tennis! The location of the accommodation is simply ideal, in a small, quiet village with enchanting views of nature. The apartments are clean, cozy and lovingly furnished – you immediately feel comfortable. Peter Ben was a great host: incredibly nice, helpful and very polite. Beautiful location. Waking up to the beautiful sunrise every morning amongst the snowy mountains was certainly an unforgettable experience. Our apartment host Michaela was always friendly, quick to respond and very helpful with whatever we needed. Hope to go back next time we go skiing in Schladming!

The place was very clean and cozy. The bathroom is newly renovated and the kitchen also had everything you need. By car you can get to different hiking parking lots.

A great place to stay! We stayed there with 5 people for a relaxing weekend and felt very comfortable. The apartment was just as described and very clean!! The jacuzzi, the steam showers and the view from the balcony are of course a great luxury. There are a few beautiful lakes and hikes in the area. All in all great and we would like to come again. :)

The accommodation was very tidy and just like the photos. In particular, the sofa bed was as comfortable as a bed. The self check-in method was not difficult, and I liked that I could park for free. However, it was difficult to carry the carrier up and down because it was on the 3rd floor (4th floor by Korean standards) without an elevator. Overall, it was a very satisfying accommodation.

a dream of a place to stay and if possible we would give a 10 points rating! Everything from the rural, quiet and private location, with fantastic mountain scenery, to the equipment of the kitchen (which had absolutely everything you could want) was just perfect! The heated hot tub & sauna invite you to relax after hiking or cycling in the fantastically beautiful area. Highest recommendation for the spa suite and high praise to the hosts for so much attention to detail and design! If we are planning a vacation in the area again, we won't have to think long about where to go! 🤗🥰

Clean apartment with everything you need and very stylishly decorated. Very nice hosts and a great location at the top of the mountain with a lovely view. The children felt very comfortable with trampoline, sandbox and stable visits. Highly recommended!!!

We had a great time, Andreas is a great host, the place was clean and tidy. It was everything we needed. The view from the terrace is amazing, I envy them to live in such a great place:) The shop (Billa) is within a short walking distance. The place was noted for us, we will try to go back sometime.

We had a very nice and pleasant stay at the place. The place was nicely equipped and had a nice location with garden. The ski slopes of Flachau can be reached within 15 minutes by car. Since we came with two cars, we also had two front door keys + garage keys available. We will be happy to come back!

it all worked out, booked spontaneously, cheap, check-in was very fast, all very friendly and a really nice apartment! Would come back right there again and again!:)
