Ski-in/Ski-out vacation rentals in Rideau River

Kiara’s place is absolutely stunning. When you first drive in you’re greeted by the two most adorable goats! The house is at the end of the road, making is peaceful and private, your own little oasis. While the photos are beautiful the actual home is even better in person! It’s bright and airy and super fun! You have games, fire pit, an outdoor cooking space and the starlink is amazing! I was working and had no issues connecting to all of my work calls / meetings / etc. Kiara is also so lovely! She’s kind, responsive and super helpful! My travel plans changed twice and she was incredible and accommodating! I really can’t say enough about this host and location! I would HIGHLY recommend! You’re also super close to Kemptville for any groceries and Merrickville which has adorable shops. Not to mention a two minute drive to the highway to get you anywhere! I would definitely stay here again!

The apartment has a huge TV. We never turned it on because the view from the even bigger window far superior. We spotted woodpeckers, Blue Jays and Beavers amongst others. And the view of the river is stunning, whether shrouded in morning mist or evening sunset.

We really enjoyed our stay at David- Alexandre’s! He was very personable and responsive. It was a modern, comfortable and clean space. Easy to find and close to restaurants and shops. We would be happy to return!

We had a lovely stay at Michel's cabin! It was a great escape from the city. We loved the high ceilings and the open concept of the loft with the pool table into the living room. We also really enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit, which was far nough from the neighbours that we felt private and peaceful. Michel was also very responsive to messages and left lots of helpful instructions. Would definitely recommend!

J’ai payé 120$ de plus pour mon séjour. Sur le site du Lofs du Village pour deux jours c’était 514$. Avec vous j’ai payé 634$. Je trouve que c’est du vol de Airbnb. Vraiment déçu. J’ai fait une érreur et réserver avec vous et je ne pouvais pas annuler.

The location was incredible - literally minutes away walking distance from the main area with restaurants and cafes. The house itself is very bright and spacious and had everything we needed. Amazing central location in Gatineau. From the house it was a short drive to the major downhill and cross country ski areas, Wakefield and also to Ottawa itself. Our host was extremely nice, provided clear instructions and was very easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!
