Business guests will enjoy the HIGH SPEED internet (Rogers Ignite 200 Mbps service), access to fitness, private decks and free parking. We also put in a land line telephone so that you can make local calls using a telephone rather than your cell phone. A voice activated, 50 inch, 4K high resolution TV and wood burning fireplace will make you want to stay in, but the supreme location near Lansdowne and the Canal will get you out and enjoying your day. Host speaks French and English to help you with your stay. This Glebe home is a great home away from home! It is a secure and private retreat and all yours during your stay. Great access to the Canal, shopping, fitness, theatres, grocery stores, Bank Street, Lansdowne, Whole Foods, Starbucks and the LCBO. Walking distance to Carleton University, the University of Ottawa, Parliament Hill and downtown. Very safe and vibrant neighbourhood. Well-lit entrance to the street. Sparkling clean. There is a little front deck and a larger back deck for guests to use. Lansdowne, the Canal and three city parks are just out the door but it is still nice to enjoy a drink on the patio. The" baby park" is two doors down but there is a large city park with an open air swimming pool, baseball diamond, dog park and tulips! Still have questions? Ask away. The best way to get around the Glebe is to walk but we are also very close to Bank Street where the #1 or #7 will take you right downtown. You can also walk along the Canal to get downtown. Easy walking or biking distance to Carleton University and Ottawa U. Additional parking can be provided for $30 per night. Guests must park only in the designated parking spot. (Thanks!) Amazing views of the Canal, Bank Street bridge, Lansdowne Park and Old Ottawa South. Bright, modern condo with extra space created with a 'murphy bed' style bedroom, stylishly camouflaged. Cool kitchen & custom table to people watch on the street below, coffee in hand. Equipped with apple tv. in cozy lvng rm area, sorry no cable, hate commercials. The balcony is a sweet place to sit and enjoy a moment with a great view of the neighbourhood. Full access. The building itself has no amenities inside. No laundry services available on site. The apartment is located beside Lansdowne Park, facing the Canal and Bank Street Bridge. It sits between Old Ottawa South and The Glebe, surrounded by idyllic homes, quiet streets, parks, and ponds. Restaurants, shops, and bars are just steps away. Bus stop is directly in front of building and is a10 min ride to the Byward Market. Best way to get around is ice skating 100 meters away or bicycle anywhere for summer, you are in the best part of town and within easy striking distance to whatever neighborhood your travels take you to. The city has convenient bike rental kiosks set up in key locations. I don't have a dedicated parking space on site. There are 2 on site visitor parking spaces that are available on a first come first serve basis. If neither spot is available grab a street spot (it’s free but has a 2 hour time limit during the day from 7am-11pm, and no time limits overnight) and keep an eye on visitor spots as they come available many times a day. If you don't want to play that game you can use the under ground parking lot across the street and pay the daily rate which I believe is about $20. -There are black out shades in bedroom area but it gets bright in the morning if the sun is out so if you are the kind of person that requires complete darkness to sleep stay away. -I don't have a dedicated parking space on site. There are 2 visitor parking spaces that are available on a first come first serve basis. If neither spot is available grab a free street spot (2 hour time limits during the day from 7am-11pm, no time limits overnight) and keep an eye on visitor spots as they come available many times a day. If you don't want to play that game you can use the under ground parking lot across the street and pay the 20$ daily rate. -The heating and cooling is Geothermal. The AC works perfectly 95% of the time. If its unusually hot out the unit may have a little trouble keeping up to the demand. For example if its set to 22 degrees, the unit may only be able to provide a temperature of 24 degrees during the daytime due to the load requirements. In the evening when things cool off the unit will catch up to the set temperature. But, keep in mind, this type of problem is rare.

Dimitri’s place was perfect for our stay in Ottawa. Aside from the construction by the city (out of the hosts control) our stay was perfect. The unit was roomy perfect for four people. The kitchen was stocked with all items required including coffee pods, water bottles and juice. Everything was clean and organized. The location is walkable to downtown Ottawa by parliament along the canal. I would recommend this place any day! If you’re visiting soon try and come before the sun goes down because road closures render google maps and Waze useless and you have to go through dark streets under construction. Other than that 10/10

The best home to stay while in Ottawa. Central in the Glebe and in walking distance to restaurants and shops in Bank street. At the same time in a peaceful and quiet neighbourhood. The canal is just down the street for morning jogs and evening strolls. The host is responsive and goes out of his way to provide extras to make the stay nice - baked goods, croissant, juice, eggs, jam, coffee, snacks, wine and drinks waiting to make the first night easy!! We always stay here when we are in Ottawa and will definitely be back!

We loved everything about Natalie's home. My husband and I stayed there with our son and his girlfriend for 2 nights. It looks recently updated with a beautiful new kitchen, great appliances, really tasteful decor, a very contemporary shower, and spotless new furniture etc. Its very well equipped with thoughtful extras such as shower gel (though I do travel with my own) and lots of coffee pods. The house is bigger inside than we expected, and was very spacious for the 4 of us. The beds are super comfy and the area is really quiet and peaceful. We discovered an amazing cafe/bakery called Dao Cafe, just a short drive away with yummy croissants and cakes and excellent coffee, as well as lots of teas. Overall, we highly recommend Natalie's home if you prefer not to be in downtown Ottawa.

We had a great stay! The check-in and check-out instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The space was clean and comfortable, and the location was fantastic for what we needed. Jessica's place is everything it says it is. The location is unmatched in Ottawa, in the heart of the Glebe (IMO the best part of Ottawa) steps away from the walking trail along the river. Also steps away from the action at Landsdowne and the restaurants and shopping in the Glebe. The place is as described, great living space, well stocked kitchen, wonderful sleeping space. It could have been cleaner, and the lobby has an odour issue, but that is not the fault of the owner and Jessica's place is far from the lobby. Our host was great to work with, a wonderful space, and I'll use it again when I'm next in town.

The bedroom area features a spacious bed with layered bedding in soft tones, complemented by decorative cushions. Wall art of a lion is displayed above the bed, while modern light fixtures create gentle illumination. Two small potted plants add a touch of greenery to the space.

The apartment is super hip and cute. A great space. Love the way it’s decorated and the record player was just too cool. The house manual is well put together, everything about the stay was clear and easy.

A stylish open-concept living area features a large wall adorned with decorative cloud shapes, complemented by a contemporary artwork piece. A comfortable seating area is positioned on a textured rug in front of a glass coffee table, with ample natural light pouring through a series of windows.

Executive Condo (boutique hotel-like)

It was a beautiful two-story luxury condominium loft. Perfect for a single person or a couple. The place looked exactly as it appeared in the photos. Helen was always responsive and helpful every time I messaged her. If I ever return back to Ottawa, I will happily book Helen’s condo loft again !!!
