Great place that was able to accommodate my group. Host did an excellent job communicating with us if we needed something.

It was such a unique home and such a pleasure staying there! The HotTub was great and perfect with the fire pit on the cool nights. It was so peaceful and fun.

The house was perfect for our needs! The location was great. Air mattress in study provided an extra bedroom. The tables in the kitchen provided a great gathering spot. Check-in was easy. Overall a great experience!

I booked this place very last minute! We were staying at a special camp about 10mins away and our daughter was very uncomfortable with our cabin. I started looking and Mark was super fast and responsive. We booked the very next afternoon and it was perfect. Not cluttered, super clean and we felt right at home.

This house was very nice and on a quiet street. Neighbors were very quiet as well. Easy to get to. Not very far off the highway and close to several restaurants both fast food and sit down places. If you’re in the area for the ski resort I would highly recommend this place because it’s only about 15 minutes from the lodge and you would have a place to take a HOT shower after a day of being in the cold and there’s a washer and dryer to do your ski clothes before heading out again. I would definitely stay here again and who knows I just might!

I absolutely loved this house. I am a big fan of watching birds and I was able to sit outside with a cup of tea and do just that. loved the house and setting! I periodically visit Ashland to see my family in Mansfield and eat at my favorite restaurant South Street Grille. The house was wonderful. I would buy this house in a heartbeat if it ever went up for sale. 😆

I had such a wonderful stay! The house was super cute and cozy—I truly felt right at home. The decor and layout were so thoughtfully done; everything felt comfortable, welcoming, and full of charm. I even snapped a few photos to use as inspiration for my own space! Melinda is an outstanding host—responsive, kind, and clearly puts a lot of care into creating a great experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-appointed place to stay.

I had such a lovely stay at Grace Manor! Everything was so pretty, clean, and well-stocked (and the snacks, coffee etc were so thoughtful!). I really loved the location as well, very quiet road and hearing the birds singing was so nice. I was only there a few days for a work trip but would definitely try to stay here if I'm ever in the area again. Thank you Rhonda!

The home was cozy and quiet. The sheets and towels were fresh and clean. The AC kept up and there were fans to help move the cool air around. My partner and I didn’t see house numbers on the home but were able to find the place easily.

Absolutely stunning from start to finish. The hospitality shined over everything. We felt right at home the second we walked through that door. We were greeted with a hand written card and a small display of snacks and honey. The room was neat and clean, smelled great, and was very comfortable.

Adam's place was extremely clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet and we were only about a 10 minute or less drive to downtown. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a place to stay in the area!

Convenient & easy last minute stay. Worked well by myself. It is a pretty small shower for me - 6’5. But all amenities worked well. Was initially surprised by garage entry but all was cool. Thanks.

Great stay, and even better host. The place was clean and updated. The beds were super comfortable and the ping pong table was a plus too. Oh and Marc went over and beyond your typical host as far as stocking amenities and food for his guests. Marc also was very prompt in to replying to me, he even took time out of his day to answer my phone calls and return my phone calls when I was having issues with the app. 10/10 highly recommend!!

These cabins are roomy and comfortable. Obviously we’ll taken care of. Perfect for families. We will be back!!!

Matt’s place was awesome. The 3 bedroom/2 bath place was so roomy and nice to have after cramped hotel rooms. The location is so quiet that we had two wonderful nights’ sleep. We plan to use again when in the area. About 13 minutes drive to Kenyon College.

Great place to stay for Kenyon College families. Not too far from campus.

This condo was a really nice option for Kenyon families - close by, good parking, well-stocked kitchen, extremely clean. Playground for young kids was a definite bonus!
