Cabin vacation rentals in Richland County

We made life long memories this weekend in Greg’s absolutely beautiful cabin. We loved the indoor pool so much! It was a typical, chilly Ohio April and truly made the vacation to have our own private pool with heated floors. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Would recommend!

We had a fabulous time at Karey’s cabin. It was extremely clean, beds were comfy, and the outdoor space was beautiful. We hiked at Mohican, enjoyed s’mores at the fire pit (perfect wood) and ate a great meal at Black Fork Bistro. Thank you Karey for a fun, relaxing, worry-free get-away!

great cabin! would definitely book in future, only minor inconvenience was that there were cameras at every point of the house which made a bit of an uneasy feeling but other than that it was a great place to stay- very well kept!

Cole Creek Acres was exactly what our family needed and one of the best kept secrets in Norwalk. Traveling with multiple kiddos, the cabin offered a great place that offered something for everyone. Hanging out on the beach in the sun, fishing from a canoe, and late night s’mores in front of a campfire…so much fun and memories! We were initially nervous about having 4 kids, 4 adults and one bathroom, but it worked out fine. The private lake is quite large and we only saw one other small boat on it during our stay, plus we enjoyed playing around with all the kayaks and the canoe provided! The hosts were welcoming - Larry stopped by and checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. It was a 5-star stay and experience and we hope to stay again next year!

We spent a night at this beautiful cabin, and it was such a calming and breathtaking experience. The fire pit area is private, surrounded by trees that provide natural shade and add to the peaceful atmosphere. The property includes a lovely lake, a swing, slides for kids, and boats for kayaking—perfect for families or a relaxing getaway. The chairs and umbrella were thoughtfully arranged, and firewood was provided, which made our evening even more enjoyable. I’ve already recommended this place to friends, and everyone who saw my photos has been asking for the name—they're all excited to visit! I’ll definitely come back again and truly hope it stays as well-maintained as it is now.

If you are looking for a beautiful, peaceful, quiet, relaxing and private place to stay this - modern Aframe cabin is a great choice! The cabin had everything we could have needed, very clean and we felt right at home. Just be aware the cabin really is truly out in the country - which we loved! Just know it's way out there! In snowy weather All wheel drive would be helpful, but as long as there is no snow, it will be easy to get to with any car. The cabin is wonderful and very romantic. One side note - the main bedroom is up a very steep staircase. It does have sturdy railings and is not a big deal as long as you are decently mobile. If you are an older couple hoping to sleep upstairs, you may want to find a place more accessible. There is a smaller bedroom downstairs that would sleep one person comfortably if you aren't able to go up the stairs. Wonderful place for a relaxing and romantic getaway.

Accommodations were comfortable. Fixtures in the bathrooms & kitchens were very good. Furniture very nice, well appointments.

Stayed here for a blended family weekend and rafting the Mohican . We had an awesome time. Close enough to rafting trips and also amish country shopping. We wnjoyed tge hot tub and back porch alot playing cards under the bug zapper lol. Would recommend this place for future viaits to the area.

Absolutely loved Kari and Dean's unique stay! We needed a few days to rest and reset from work and this was just the place to do that. The property was huge and private and the cabin was just the right size for a family getaway. We loved getting to explore what the property had to offer, as we walked a bit and rented the golf cart for one day to explore even more! Hot tub was great, loved that it was indoors to keep the bugs away. Kari has pretty much anything you would need at the house and both hosts answer any questions if you did need something. PSA this is a great location for any reactive dog owners as we brought our dog/people reactive pup. He loves being off leash in large areas but we struggle finding places where we feel comfortable and private. It was just perfect and he loved exploring with us, swimming in the pond and taking a ride with us on the golf cart! Highly recommend to anyone and we hope to come back!

We love this location! It’s the most serene, peaceful, cozy and quiet place we’ve ever stayed. It’s very clean, anything you could need is provided. Beds and furnishings are comfy and perfect. A bit of the rustic vibe is on point for the location without missing any comfort. It was rainy most of our visit with family in town but we thoroughly enjoyed coming back to this cabin and sitting on the covered porch with blankets and enjoying the view and the atmosphere. 10/10 recommend.

We had an incredible stay! As of family of 6 with 4 kids from age 4-14, we all loved this Airbnb. The place is spacious, super clean, has great amenities and beautiful scenery. We loved fishing at the pond, sitting out by the fire and playing board games indoors! We didn’t end up getting to bring our dogs due to one of them being sick, but the whole home is setup perfect for dogs!

Very nice place. Cute cabin in the woods. Everything was new and very clean. Front porch with glider great for morning coffee or evening drinks.

The Airbnb I originally had for my bridesmaids and me to sleep the night before my wedding cancelled my reservation 9 days before I needed it. Needless to say I was SO grateful for this place! Getting there was a little confusing, but by the time we headed that way from the rehearsal dinner it was 10pm so it was really dark. They did have clear signs though that took us straight to the right Airbnb! There wasn’t any service though so just don’t make a wrong turn lol. The place itself is very cute! There’s no Wi-Fi so we were a little nervous about being able to pull up directions to the venue, but we were able to get a bar or two by the cars. Overall, the beds are super comfy and this would be the perfect getaway spot! I wish I had had more time so I could sit on porch and read! You also can’t hear the people next to you which surprised me. It’s very quiet and I’d definitely recommend this place!

The stay was all we had hoped for. Plenty of space for our group of 14. Fishing was great for the kids and plenty of space to play in the yard. Highly recommend.

The cabin is very authentic and historic. The privacy and quiet location is ultimate peace. Some of the amenities really add to the relaxed atmosphere, such as river frontage, hot tub, & private nooks and patios. To be clear, to enjoy this site, you need to tackle steps. No means to get to cabin or river without being able to go up or down stairs. Also, there are some portions of the Cabin that you will need to keep a very close eye on small children or toddlers as staircases, balconies, or decks are not small child friendly. Our large family had a very peaceful, relaxing, and overall wonderful experience. Beds are clean, comfortable, and most every amenity you need is provided.

This cabin was very clean and comfortable. It is in a peaceful setting in the country, perfect for two people. It is close to Mansfield and Mohican State Park. The hot tub was so relaxing!

We stayed at Francisco’s A-Frame cabin during the American Triple-T triathlon weekend. It was just the right size for us and just a couple minutes away from the beach at Pleasant Valley Lake. The cabin is on a quiet side street and the hot tub is behind the cabin for some privacy. During the stay I was in contact with Francisco and he responded promptly. After the stay I noticed I forgot something in the cabin and Francisco allowed me to retrieve it. It’s a great cabin for a stay near the lake.

We stayed here on our wedding night and the night after, and the cabin provided a perfectly serene and peaceful location to spend our first weekend as a married couple. We loved waking up surrounded by nature, and all the wildlife that we watched through the picture window.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a great fit for our family of 4 with 2 kids. We really enjoyed the outside space to be able to play in the yard and have a firepit in the evenings. It was a great proximity to Mohican and Malabar Farms.

We dont usually stay at air bnbs… but What can I say? Everything was beyond perfect. Booked last minute about 3 hours before arriving for my 1-year Anniversary, and Laura had managed to have all kinds of personalized touches, goodies, and treats available when we arrived (Charcuterie board, a bottle of wine, a cake, muffins, snacks, soda etc). The entire place was immaculately clean and updated nicely. All the thoughtful little attentions to detail add up to make this little cabin truly amazing. The scenery is breathtaking and serene. Location was perfect for our Mohican State Park hike the following morning. We will definitely be back. Loved it 🤩 Thank you 🙏
