Between Lablachère and Les Vans, at the end of the farmhouse, former silk factory, we offer our recently renovated cottage (4-star rated). The 57 m2 cottage opens to the garden level on a private inner courtyard with a small pool. On the ground floor, under a vault, is the entrance to the cellar-laundry room reserved for this accommodation. A stone staircase leads to the 18 m2 south-facing covered private terrace, with views of the vineyards and the surrounding countryside...

Lulled by the song of birds and cicadas, you can recharge your batteries in the greatest calm and as close to nature as possible. The accommodation is located in the heart of the Pays des Vans in Cévennes, an ideal location for visiting South Ardèche. With an area of 75 square meters, it is composed of a large living room with open kitchen, sitting area with sofa bed, wood-burning stove..., and upstairs a large bedroom with bathroom. In a protected setting, we offer you this 40 m² semi-detached vacation rental. A swimming pool (open from May) is shared with the owner. The nearby river offers beautiful swimming and fishing spots. The restaurant "La Cueille" at the bottom of the village, offers a very good table, of fresh and local products, in an exceptional setting. Finally, set off to explore the villages and all the treasures of our beautiful Ardèche region.

Our former 3-star silk factory is located at the crossroads of the Cévennes and Ardèche regional parks, close to rivers and character villages. Vallon Pont d'Arc and its cave are 30 minutes away.
