We stayed for an event that took place at the Transamerica Expo Center. Carina was very quick with the information and attentive. They gave us all the support! The apartment is excellent! Exactly as shown in the pictures. We were super good with 3 adults. Very spacious apartment, good shower! Good equipment. Super recommend!!!!

A pleasantly decorated apartment with everything it takes for a quiet stay. The condominium has a mini market that helps replenish something needed. The neighborhood is very quiet. There is no agitation, cars or motorcycles passing by making noise. It's very familiar and nice. But you really need a car or Uber to get around because you don't have a lot of establishment nearby. For those who need to use as a home office, it is not so suitable as it does not have a table or chairs suitable for this work. But in the city there are pleasant libraries that can be used for this, just move around.

Sonia's place is perfect as it is in the photos. Very well equipped with kitchen items, hygiene and great hairdryer. Extremely clean and smelling bedding. The place is really very beautiful and has a great view. We had some difficulties in accessing the garage, but not because of Sonia. I believe it is due to the safety measures that the city requires and because of the integration of the gatehouse with the security guards.

We will definitely return other times, a very cozy house and the way that are in the photos, a pleasant place and very quiet. Eduardo and Vanessa very helpful and polite. Excellent location also, close to the beach and many restaurants and bars. note 10👏

The house is wonderful, the view is surreal! All rooms are air-conditioned, the game room has an arcade that was the joy of the children. The condominium is standing on the sand. Quiet and safe beach. Excellent location, close to the bakery, pharmacy, pizzeria, hamburger joint, etc. The residence is clean, comfortable, organized and well-equipped. Family atmosphere and ideal for those traveling with children. João is a great host, attentive, responsive and guides his guests very well.

What a beautiful place, it's even more beautiful in person! Lots of greenery, animals like butterflies, birds, dogs, chickens and even kittens. Very quiet and peaceful, we went to escape the noise of the end of the year and it was very good. :) I read the tips in the reviews of other guests and it helped a lot. I took a pocket knife, we walked to Spani (but we came back by Uber with the groceries hahaha), we went to thrift stores, we walked around the farm and Itaim Park. And the house has absolutely everything we need for cooking, blender, baking pan, frying pan, etc. And Mr. Alê, a dear, said that if you don't have something, just ask and it will be provided. We want to come back more often. ♡

ESPETACULAR! Maria Carla and Rodolfo are excellent hosts! Very friendly, lovely people! They were very clear in the information and very flexible regarding the checkout. The house is exactly as the photos show, a cozy place, extremely clean and very well equipped. I was delighted with the whim of all the details. Clean and smelling bed and bath linens. The condominium structure is excellent, my children loved the playground and enjoyed a lot in the heated pool. We only have to thank for the great service. We look forward to returning soon!

For those who like quiet and quiet this condominium is ideal, because in the front of the condominium the beach is as private, with few people and without major movements. Host Ricardo was super attentive and helpful, he responded to messages as quickly as he could. The apartment is spacious and the swimming pool is amazing. Bom Dia, it is with great pleasure that I leave here my evaluation , Cláudia was very attentive from the beginning, everything I asked he always answered and quickly, the apto is Very Good, we went in 6 people and we were very well accommodated, very close to the beach , for those who go with children the beach of indaiá is great, especially the indaiá canton that practically does not have waves and the water is very clean, it is close to the apt also, for those who are walking about 30 to 40 minutes walking , by car is fast. The apartment is very complete, even has cooler and chairs and sun umbrellas to take to the beach , nearby supermarket, in short we like everything and certainly recommend it to everyone. Only a warning has a gym , but you have to have sneakers to use ( just letting me know because I went with a slipper to the beach and could not use the academy for this detail rs ).
