My space is good for couples, business travelers, business travelers, families. The beach is inside the condominium, it takes 5 minutes on foot , or the condominium itself has a jeep that goes and goes from the beach with the guests. The condominium puts sunshine on the beach for all condominium members. On the beach there is a restaurant that serves snacks and drinks on the beach. Check out my guests' comments. View from the terrace of the apartment. You can't use the sauna or the ballroom or the gym of the building.

Cozy beachfront apartment (10m from ocean)

Our recently renovated apt faces the beach and has an exclusive and gorgeous view to the ocean! There is only a garden with palm trees, birds, and a playground between our balcony and the sand. The apt is very cozy and can take large groups or families who want to rest and enjoy the sun. You will have coffee looking at the beach. Our building offers daily beach service, which includes tents, chairs and tables set up for our guests. Our building is 5 min away from the shops and supermarket

Cozy apartment with beautiful view of the mountains and waterfall. Beachfront condominium!- Comfortable and spacious, it has a gourmet balcony with a barbecue grill, very nice and quiet. A parking space inside the condominium. We are right in front of a beautiful and clean beach. Enjoy quiet and pleasant weekends. Next to the Riviera. There is air-conditioning in the bedrooms and 300 Mbps Wi-Fi!!. And more! Full condominium! Fitness center, swimming pool, sauna and more!

Spacious house with pool and high ceiling

Large Villa at Morada da Praia, close to the club and to the river, between the beach and the mountains. Perfect house for family and group of friends, high celling, American kitchen, large dinning and lounge room, outside area with pool and garden, beautiful trees, private parking. The house is not available for events. Our family owns the house for more than 10 years, we used to rent for close friends and this year we decided to open the house for Airbnb guests.

Family apartment. Pet friendly. New and finely decorated, in Riviera de São Lourenço (module 8), the best and safest beach on the north coast of SP. Wi-fi, 3 dorms. (1 suite), air-conditioning in all the rooms, barbecue on the balcony with amazing view of the Atlantic forest and the sea. Only 5 min. walkable beach, with ombrelone service and chairs. Great location one block from the beach. 200 MB Wi-Fi and cable TV with 150 channels. Apartment with one bedroom, 1 double bed, 1 single bed, 2 sofa beds and we have an extra double and single mattress, wonderful location with bar, restaurant, bakery, mini market and craft fair 100 meters away. Excellent space for families and friends, with good infrastructure and security, in front of the beach and with a beautiful view of the sea. Indaiá Beach (it's not Riviera!). Pets are prohibited (we do not make exceptions) and smoking is prohibited in all areas of the apartment (including the balcony).

I've been to Recanto das Maritacas five times, both with friends and family, and I can say it's a great place to enjoy a weekend. The proximity to São Paulo is a great advantage, especially for those who are not used to driving long distances. The house is well equipped, has a swimming pool, good rooms, several bathrooms, fiber optic Wi-Fi, a full kitchen and a large barbecue. The only things that bother me are the route, as the dirt road can be a little complicated at times, and the lack of nearby shops. On the other hand, this lack of commerce also has a positive side: the place is extremely quiet, with no movement of people. The tip is to plan the trip well and take everything you need to avoid coming and going to the center. I highly recommend Recanto das Maritacas – especially because I'm already thinking about my sixth visit!

Great house. In a safe condominium, a safe beach. The house had everything we needed! Very close to the beach, very good for relaxing. Some (non-critical) observations: the barbecue is in an uncovered place, if it has rain, wet the barbecue; the ladder is dangerous for those with a small child (and Abel warned us about this before we close), if the parents don't care about being on top of the child all the time to go down and climb the stairs, it's worth it. We intend to return soon! Abel is very kind and helpful.

Mariana was very attentive and helpful. We were 4 adults and only had 2 beach chairs, on the same day he bought and had them delivered. Just as in other situations. The house has a very nice and spacious outdoor area. Good cost-benefit and we will rent other times for sure.

We had a great stay at Marcelo's house. The host was ready to assist and responded to my messages quickly. The house is great, comfortable and cozy with a super quiet environment. The pool and barbecue area were excellent and the outdoor area has a dollhouse, the kids loved it! The air-conditioned rooms ensured us even greater comfort. We spent the mornings on the beach in front of the condominium, just a 6-minute walk to the area we stayed in. Hospitality 10/10. We will definitely be back.
