Amazing host, amazing views Pedro was outstanding, always responsive and helpful whenever we asked about advice on our many activities The view from the apartment was breathtaking and really made our holiday a special one

We really enjoyed our stay in Seixal. We especially liked the adorable garden which has been created with lots of love. Even though the place is located on the north of the island, the garden receives a lot of sunshine throughout the day and allowed us to relax while enjoying views of the sea as well as at least 3 beautiful waterfalls. There is also a shadowy area which we didn’t use due to the season (April)

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is beautiful and even bigger than the photos. It was extremely quiet but still in such a central location. The concierge were always on hand to help if needed. The hosts even sent some complimentary gifts for my birthday. Would stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone else!

Have stayed in this apartment block previously (although a different apartment) - ideal for us. Quite a busy area but bonuses are that it is easy walking distance to Funchal town or there are frequent buses which pass within 100 yards of apartment. Local bus service is excellent and it is easy to catch a bus to explore the wider area. We hired a car from the nearby company, Rodavante - good service and competitive price. Apartment itself is quite simple but suits us - balcony with possibly some of the best views of the whole Estrada Monumental area. Although it says in the details, we hadn t appreciated that it didn t have a oven,just a hob. If you are on a short break you probably wouldnt want one but on a longer stay an oven would be very useful. Hopefully will be staying here again.

Thank you Nellita for these two wonderful weeks on your island. The apartment was perfect for me, as I love tranquility. I will have very good memories of the sunsets on the terrace and the proximity of the Madeirans in the neighborhood bars/restaurants. Will be back without hesitation... Até a proxima Nellita

Very responsive host, very well located and central accommodation. Delicious little touches: bottles of water in the fridge, fresh fruit... An extremely pleasant stay with, again, an exceptional host of kindness and responsiveness. Thank you very much, we recommend it without hesitation!

We had a great stay at this spacious new apartment in Madeira! The apartment is very spacious and modernly equipped – ideal for up to 4 people. Particularly noteworthy is the fantastic view directly of the sea – simply fantastic! The equipment leaves nothing to be desired: large fridge with separate freezer, dishwasher, washing machine – everything you need is available. A bottle of wine, water and local Madeira chocolate were even waiting for us on arrival – a super nice touch! Another plus: two reserved parking spaces in the underground garage. Small tip for those who rent a car – prefer to take a compact vehicle, as the driveway and parking spaces in the garage are a bit tight. Overall a great place to stay that we can absolutely recommend!

We had a great stay and wish we could have stayed longer. Check in was easy and the shop and bar at the bottom of the hill are easily walkable and have everything you need. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the sunny porch in the mornings watching the birds, including a kestrel and a buzzard. The hot tub is a touch of luxury and we enjoyed meeting the goat next door. The property is private and peaceful but within a short driving distance of the town and many walking trails. Thank you so much for a lovely stay, Jo + Matt.

Such a nice Airbnb with great rooftop views! The space was very clean and had everything we needed! Location was great as it was walkable to many different restaurants and the downtown area. Airbnb came with a list of many recommendations of places to eat and things to do which was also helpful! We would definitely recommend staying here :)

The place was perfect, just as described in the offer. Clean and cosy house, friendly owners, charming cat and delicious eggs!

We had a great time at Dina's place. The accommodation is superb, very well equipped, and you don't get tired of the magnificent views of the sea and the harbor. I highly recommend it.

Well-located accommodation, exemplary cleanliness and really quiet. The small garden is really very good. The owner is very responsive and friendly. Please note, the accommodation is dark (in particular no window in the main room): it really has to be nice and sunny to be able to live outside.

We had a great time in the house and felt very welcomed! John was always reachable for us, if there was a problem or a question we had. We can just recommend it:)

The place has a fantastic view of the sea – it couldn't get any better. From great sunrises to the rainbow right in front of the balcony above the sea, we had everything with us. It was a really great time. Communication with host Valery was friendly and straightforward at all times. Highly recommended! Those who are sensitive to noise should think of earplugs because of the planes that are close by. We were able to sleep with it wonderfully.

This place took our breath away as soon as we walked inside. Very special to be able to enjoy coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening on the balcony overlooking the water. Location was great to explore this beautiful island. We made our own meals in the kitchen and didn’t feel like we were missing anything. Definitely would recommend :)

My partner and I had an amazing time in the apartment, Jose and Family were very helpful. They even gave us keys to there storage area within the underground garage to store our mountain bikes which was a real plus for us. The property was wonderful, who wouldn’t want to wake up to that view every morning.

This stay far exceeded our expectations. The apartment boasts truly spectacular views, framed by the largest bedroom window I’ve ever seen—it feels like a living painting. The love and care that Paul and Dina have poured into this space are palpable, making it feel like an extension of their own home. We’re so grateful to have spent a few days in this little slice of heaven, and the hosts were incredibly attentive. The only minor downside is the noise from the road when the windows or balcony doors are open, but with them closed, it’s pure tranquility. If you’re lucky enough to find this place available, don’t hesitate—just book it!

The accommodation was spacious and the kitchen was very well equipped. The highlight was the large terrace with mountain views. The location is close to the city but on a quiet corner. Everything went smoothly with check-in and check-out.

We were extremely comfortable and thought the location was perfect walkable to restaurants, grocery store, deus store and some shopping. Close to attractions in city.

Great apartment and very nice hosts. The view from the balconies is unique. Only privacy is not on the balcony, the street really leads right past it. However, traffic is limited and at night it is very quiet. You can only hear the waves.
