Great location and yet very quiet, a great place to stay close to the heart of the old town of Kaysersberg, where you lack nothing. You just have to get used to the beds (1.9m long and quite hard) 🙂

Jean Francois’ place was amazing! After 3 nights on a Le Boat tour and cramped quarters with 2 couples, we were excited to see so much space to spread out! He thought of everything we would need for our 2 night stay. We wish we would have been able to stay longer! We would definitely love to stay here again!

We spent wonderful days at the property. The location was great. Restaurants were quick to reach and there was plenty of choice. The hot tub and the view were just beautiful. We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime!

Really great local easy walking distance to restaurants and sights. Apartment was fresh and had a modern feel. My only issue was the lack of air conditioning as we had some warm evenings and made things uncomfortable (despite the fans provided) - the apartment faces west so gets a lot of afternoon sun.

The apartment is nicely sized with a comfortable bed. Some nice personal touches to make you feel welcome. Easy to get to everything, bars and restaurants in every direction. You are in the heart of town so very convenient.

Marco and Cathie-Ann were incredibly responsive and accommodating hosts. They even let me store my luggage until check in, which was greatly appreciated. The space has many of the amenities available that are convenient when you first get to an Airbnb like tea and coffee, some items for cooking, extra TP, laundry detergent for the washer and dryer, and toiletries, until you can find your way around town, which I found to be very thoughtful. They are straight forward about the stairs — they are an adjustment, but once you get the hang of it, they become easier to navigate, and eventually you don’t notice. The street can get very noisy at night, but that’s to be expected with such great access to restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, pharmacies, and all the sight seeing! I highly recommend this home away from home and would absolutely recommend it to anyone coming to Strasbourg!

Frédéric is a very friendly and helpful host. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that he had thoughtfully prepared everything to make his guests feel comfortable and welcome. The house was clean, well-organized, and fully equipped with everything we needed. We were especially impressed by the generous and delicious treats he had prepared for us. The space is quite large and easily accommodates up to five people without feeling crowded. It’s a perfect place for families or small groups. Overall, our stay was very pleasant, and we would not hesitate to return or recommend it to others.

We were on site with 8 people (6 adults + 2 children). The place is exactly as described in the photos. We were informed in good time and questions were answered quickly. We enjoyed it very much. We'll be back.

We had a wonderful week in Sundouse. Chathie is a lovely and very welcoming host. Special attention on our arrival: homemade cake accompanied by a bottle of Riesling. Magnificent terrace and flower garden, barn converted for evening meals, petanque court. The house is close to Colmar, Riquewihr, Kaysersberg... and other flowery villages. We had a great time at the Le Quimberg accommodation! Catherine and Jacques were always easily accessible to us, and extremely flexible regarding check-in and checkout. The accommodation is simply luxurious, and the wellness area leaves nothing to be desired. We will be happy to come back.

We were a family of seven and the house was perfect. Very spacious and extraordinarily beautiful. The surrounding area is just amazing nature with a lovely city a few minutes drive. Beautiful trails around and cute coffee shops and restaurants and supermarkets in the towns around. Everything in the house worked well and was top quality. Anne was very helpful and nice. We would love to come back❤️

Catherine and Roland are charming and attentive to their tenants. People responsive to the slightest request. Good location 5 minutes from the city center. Nothing missing and nice decoration. Private parking is a plus

Wonderful vacation home. Lots to do in the area, village itself is very quiet. Fully furnished house. Some beds are quite hard but you can get extra bedding. We had 15 wonderful days!

Sylvie and Régis were wonderful hosts, we felt so comfortable and peaceful in their beautiful cottage. The furnishings are a variety of modern, antique, and artful, but the home is rustic wood and stone cottage with gorgeous windows. The cottage isn’t exactly rural, but it’s tucked into the hill and has a huge yard beyond a creek. It feels extremely secluded while still being accessible. The space worked perfectly for my family to rest in the evening after day trips in busier towns. We had a minor health issue while in Muhlbach, and Sylvie was quick to respond, sympathetic and extremely helpful. Thank you Sylvie and Régis for sharing your home and warmth.

Sylviane is a very friendly host, she was able to give us the instructions very clearly. The accommodation is very good for a family of 5. Thanks again Sylviane and looking forward to seeing you again.

This is a great place to stay in Colmar. Although parking is a bit of a problem and very expensive.

We enjoyed staying in Jean-Claude’s comfortable and quiet apartment so much we would love to return. We could easily walk into SELESTAT, returning to ‘Cafe Wach’ which was a great place to enjoy coffee and amazing cake. Lots of stunningly old and quaint towns are close by if you have a car. I have no hesitation recommending Jean-Claude’s apartment to anyone staying in the area.

We have stayed in over 20 Airbnbs and Christine’s place is one of the very best. Christine herself is very responsive to any messages and super helpful. The apartment, apart from being extremely well presented and equipped, has so many thoughtful extras. Such as water, milk and beer in the fridge, maps and local information, toothbrush packs, earplugs (it’s not noisy) but so many little things had been thought of and provided. We loved it and got a great nights sleep before we set off on the next leg of our journey. If we come through Colmar again we will definitely stay in Christine’s place. Absolutely fantastic.

We spent a wonderful week staying with Maj Britt and Klaus at their beautiful winery and loved every moment of it. From start to finish, they were the perfect hosts — always helpful and welcoming without ever being intrusive. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made us feel at home. One of the absolute highlights of our trip was the wine tasting and it was great to hear more about the winery! The accommodation was exactly what we were after: clean, tidy, comfortable, and perfectly suited for a relaxing stay. Also it is a great location close to Freiburg and the Black Forest. Thank you so much for such a memorable experience — we’d love to visit again!

We had a great time in this apartment. Clean, central, quiet. Good communication. Free parking space appreciated in this neighborhood. The possibility of staying the last day until 4 p.m. deserves an extra star, while in other rentals we had to leave at 10 a.m. In short, absolutely recommended!

The apartment was spacious with a separate bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped. We appreciated the balcony on beautiful spring mornings. The location was great and the old town was a short walk away. Do NOT use Apple maps to navigate to the apartment as it doesn’t navigate accurately – use Google maps instead. If using as a base , recommend drive to Château du Haut-Kœnigsbourg Jeremie was a very helpful & friendly host.
