Lynda is a brilliant host and had tea, coffee, milk and fruits ready for us before we arrived. The place was very clean and felt like home. Kids loved the place and the board games. The icing on the cake is the location as, it is next to Ocean edge. She responded promptly for any questions we had. We have enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return back if we visit surrounding places. Thank you very much for hosting us Lynda, we had a great time.

The property and the location was absolutely amazing , me and my friends have made some amazing memories there. The property felt luxurious and there were soo many personalised gifts for us upon arrival which were much appreciated. the host was very responsive whenever we had any questions I would absolutely recommend to anyone who wants a country escape and I know I want to go back in the future.

The lodge was fabulous, really enjoyed our stay. I even picked up a couple of decor ideas. Had a lovely time feeding the ducks, swans and other wildlife, very relaxing. Shops and amenities easy to get to by car, lovely restaurants around the area. Would absolutely recommend.

We had such a fun time! The accommodation was beautifully designed and a great set up to enjoy our birthday with friends. We enjoyed the hot tub, and a great spacious living room space for us all. The host had excellent communication with quick responses to help me with anything I needed. We want to come back and try the other accommodations they offer. Was such a fun experience, and our friends loved the feel of the house and set up.

We had a fantastic stay , the barn was beautiful ,mike was very helpful and friendly. My granddaughters was very happy to see the baby chicks hatching and the lovely fresh eggs went down well for breakfast , we didn't use the pool has the girl's was bad and and it would be nice if it was in with the price , £40 a day is a bit much if ur there for a few days and only using it for about an hour or so a day . A fantastic place well worth a visit

I'd stay at Jackie's place again whenever I next visit no question. Good price, and the place is exactly as she's described. And whenever I messaged her she always responded back to me within 30mins at most which is excellent

Our family had a lovely stay at Burrowbank at the end of the summer holiday. The house is fantastic with all the facilities you could ask for. The kids loved the swings and most of all the pool, while the covered (heated) BBQ area meant evening meals outside watching the sunset. Great location and setting, very private and we would definitely come again and recommend to others. Martyn and Christine were very helpful and went the extra mile (even posting my daughter’s disposable camera that she left behind). Can’t think of any negatives and we made some great/happy memories.

Such an amazing house in a location close to Pendle Hill and Fence Gate Inn and surrounding suburbs. Stayed here once before and it was just as wonderful as the first time. Pristine and has everything you need. Spacious and we enjoyed every part of it. Highly recommend!

Exactly what you would expect from a cottage in the centre of Chipping - on the other hand modern bathroom and kitchen and everything nicely decorated.

Nathalie was incredibly responsive and accommodating to us during our stay. The space was fantastic and the surrounding area is both visually stunning and peaceful.

Well, what can we say? We have simply had the most amazing stay for the past 5 nights at Victorias place. We really didn’t want to leave. If you enjoy long walks (from the doorstep), stunning scenery, peace and tranquility, then this is the place for you. Victoria and Ian are superb friendly hosts, and full of useful local information. The bonus to the stay was meeting Freddie💙 Our pooch Alfie loved him and it was a sheer joy watching them play rough and tumble together. The accomodation is first class too, lovely and airy with each window having a fabulous view. We will most certainly be returning. Absolutely fantastic stay! One of the best properties we've stayed in. Stunning location, had everything we needed inside and out, top spec facilities and Abbi was a great host. No doubt we'll be returning in the future :)

Great place to stay for a couple of weeks for work, very homely and had all I needed. I particularly loved the luxurious big bath and the patio garden is very nice too.

We had a wonderful stay at The Warren. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, so comfortable and furnished to a high standard. Everything we needed was to hand- they had thought of everything! We were so surprised by the welcome hamper which was much appreciated. The location is so peaceful and overlooking stunning views. We loved sitting out in the evening in the private garden soaking in the tranquility. Reece and Chloe were such friendly and responsive hosts. Highly recommend visiting!

Absolutely brilliant stay, comfy and cosy setting just whats needed after a long day. Anna and Nicholas were very responsive, understanding with a change of plans and felt welcomed.

Had a lovely stay at Kirsty’s property in Barnoldswick! Property was beautiful, very quaint and had everything needed for a wonderful stay. House was clean, kitchen stocked with milk and coffee/tea facilities and furniture very comfy. Only thing I had to liaise with Kirsty about was the TV downstairs and the wifi connection to that, it cut out on the last evening however it didn’t poss an issue for us at all. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends!

Lovely cottage and everything we needed for our stay in Clithoroe. Florence was very responsive and an ideal host. Place was spotlessly clean and we wished we had stayed longer!

We had a wonderful stay! Communication was great from the start, and the home itself is absolutely beautiful, cosy, warm, and full of thoughtful touches that made it feel really special. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was excellent too. Sarah, her husband, and Joey were so lovely and welcoming, and their gorgeous dog made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this stay, would love to come back!

Perfect spot to relax and unwind. The Spinney is beautifully furnished and plenty of room for 4. Rosie and her family are lovely.

A beautiful little retreat, in a perfect location to go and explore the local attractions. White Scar Cave and the waterfall trail are both well worth a visit. Only a short drive to the Lake District too. Carly is an amazing host who goes above and beyond with all the extra little touches, she has thought of everything to make your stay so easy and comfortable. The Lodge is spotlessly clean and smells amazing. we will definitely be returning.

The place is absolutely stunning, the lake is peaceful and beautiful and the lodge is impressive. The decor is so beautiful and it had everything we coule have possibly needed. Very well decorated and equipped, we had a wonderful stay. The patio and the hot tub were spot on, we loved everything. You've done an amazing job Sarah, thank you for having us. Keep it up! We had a wonderful long weekend here perfect for long walks with the dog and a good meal at the pub at the end of the day. The house had everything you need, was very homely and relaxing. Simon was very helpful and responsive as a host. I'd definitely recommend this place to others.
