The Poor House

KasiaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had a wonderful family stay at this lovely cottage! It was warm, cozy, and incredibly comfortable – perfect for relaxing after a day out. The cottage was well-equipped with everything we needed, and there was plenty of space for all six of us and our dog. It truly felt like a home away from home. We’d love to come back again in the future – highly recommended!

My son and I had an absolutely fantastic long weekend in the Shepherd's hut and loved every moment of it... from the horse-box kitchen and the hose-pipe shower, to the campfire sunsets and breakfasts watching the cows (even the compost loo was lovely). Highly recommended :)

180° Sea Views-3 Minute Drive to Town.

VictoriaRating, 5 stars4 days ago
Martin & Helen are fabulous hosts. They responded quickly to any messages sent and have been welcoming and friendly. We stayed at their stunning airbnb for 4 nights and had a fantastic time. The views are absolutely stunning, they include The Great Orme, Little Orme, Sea views and Llandudno town. The outside area was perfect! Not overlooked and very peaceful. Accommodation was spotlessly clean, very comfy bed and the shower was amazing! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. My friend and I are keen walkers and explored The Great Orme on the first day. This is doable from the accommodation if you have relatively good fitness. Town centre is approximately a 40 minute walk away but did see buses on the main road. The Penrhyn Arms is a 15 minute walk away and served wood-fired pizza in a great beer garden. We couldn't pass up the opportunity to do The Little Orme as it's very close by. Overall a fantastic place which we will surely return to. Thank you, Vicky & Alison

Cottage in a great rural location.

NicolaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had the most wonderful stay at this charming orchard cottage in North Wales. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The cottage is beautifully presented. spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing break. The location is stunning, nestled in peaceful countryside with breathtaking views, yet just a short drive from local towns, scenic walking routes, and the coast. We especially loved the peaceful tranquil of the surrounding areas. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and thoughtful, providing helpful local tips and even leaving a few special touches for our arrival that made us feel so appreciated. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into making this a memorable place to stay. We left feeling refreshed and recharged, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking to escape to a tranquil and be

The Old Barn, Near Bala

LisaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
I absolutley loved my stay at The Old Barn! It was such a last minute trip (booked less than 24 hours before arriving), but Rhian was so welcoming and had everything ready for me! The Barn and the surroundings are just ideal and so picturesque. It was the perfect break from the City and a gorgeous space for me and my dog. The Barn was well equipped and there was nothing that I needed that the Barn didn’t have! I was a bit nervous about the road due to reading a few reviews, but me and my little Toyota Aygo made it up there just fine, so don’t let that put you off! Perfect location with less than half an hour to Bala and Llangollen. There’s some lovely drives and places to go for walks, the countryside around here is just beautiful. Gorgeous sunsets from the property itself or you can drive up the hills in the surrounding areas for more vast views across the countryside. I loved every second and I will definitely be back!

Lovely peaceful 2 bed cottage

PhillipRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The cottage was easily located having been givenn not only the address but a what3words location and a pin dropped on Google Maps. It is a very cute period cottage but well renovated especially with a lovely recent bathroom and kitchen. With 2 cute, comfy bedrooms it was perfect for us and our son. The tight, steep staircase might phase some people but for us just added to the charm. There was a sun deck at the end of the garden that was lovely to end the day with beer looking over the fields. An enjoyable and relaxing stay.
