Nicola’s lovely apartment was perfect for our small family. It was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. From booking to check-out, everything was seamless. Nicola was always quick to respond, usually within 10 minutes! and nothing was ever too much trouble. If you stay in the top room, you will wake up with the most stunning view. Beautiful home, fantastic location. Right down to the little things, guest book with helpful tips, lovely wash products in the bathroom, all round perfect stay! Would highly recommend 😀 Heads up on getting into town..we absolutely loved the coastal path walk, took ten minutes longer but well worth it and it’s 2/3min walk from apartment to access. Will definitely be back!

Lovely place with all amenities: big comfy bed, comfy couch, plenty of space and fully equipped kitchen. Robin & Hazel kindly provide all the basics for breakfast (incl. homemade marmalades!) and to cook (e.g. salt, oils, etc). We also really appreciated that they provided us with a travel cot and changing mat! Great location to go to Folkestone or Canterbury!

We absolutely loved our stay at Palm Lobster. Well located, visually striking, comfortable and luxurious, James has really hit everything you would hope for in an Airbnb. Helpful little notes around the place ensure you're feeling supported and a welcome hamper left in the kitchen was a really lovely surprise. Perfect location if you want to walk the zigzag cliffs down to the beach, or head into town for a stroll around the shops and harbour. Hope to be back soon!

We had such a great time at the cabin. It’s perfect for escaping reality but also within reach to different towns if you want them. With the bbq, fire pit and board games we did not miss the tv at all. Our dog specially loved the secure garden for her to roam freely in. We would 100% recommend to others. Really lovely place in a very peaceful location. Very clean upon entry, nicely stocked kitchen appliances, very comfortable beds and a great shower. A little hard to locate as its off the beaten track but I had no problem with access or parking. I have recommended the host include a What3Words in their initial address package to make it easier to find.

My partner and I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful Airbnb in Folkstone, and we absolutely loved it! The location is perfect—close to everything you need while still providing a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. Ben and Tatjana were wonderful hosts—so helpful and friendly. They made sure we had everything we needed and gave us great recommendations for places to visit in the area. It was clear they genuinely wanted us to enjoy our stay. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, well-located spot to stay in Folkstone.

I had the most incredible stay at the Doghouse Farm. From the beautiful views to the amazing amenities, every aspect of the Estate had us feeling relaxed. The pool, hot tub, bar, and tennis courts made sure that we were never bored! Fiona the lovely housekeeper made check in and out easy and enjoyable, and we particularly appreciated the complimentary food items provided for us. We will definitely be making a return soon, thank you for your hospitality!
