It is quietly located and only the sound of the Werra can be heard when the windows are open and lulls you to sleep. Combining authenticity with modern comfort it invites you for a unique and ecologically responsible experience (natural materials, low energy consumption). Just suit yourselves: intimate chilling at the wood stove, or rather active w/ brisk walks, cycling or otherwise discovering our Ardennes. All commodities within walking distance (< 1,5 km) including the Ravel cycling network. Swimming in the lake in agreement with the owner.

Lean back & relax... Our one-room apartment was created only with natural building materials. With a lot of love for detail, I have processed natural slate & oak wood here. The high-quality interior invites you to relax. Here, at the gate to the Vogelsberg, among other things, is the entrance to the volcano mountain bike trail "Mühlental." Bike charging station directly at the apartment. Then a sauna session? If you are interested, it is possible to take a tour with my US Oldies ;-)

In the stable – side by side with chickens and horses

'IM PFERDESTALL' is located on the ground floor of the barn of the Mühlenanwesen. It used to be a stable. (Be sure to check out my other apartment, 'Scheunen-Loft', too.) The room has low ceilings and small lattice windows. The room is suitable for people seeking a more cave-like, cozy retreat. Due to the oven and the cold floor, the apartment is not suitable for infants. In the cold season, it may be necessary to heat up with the stove. See below.

The apartment 50m2. Newly built Wooden House in 2022. The highlight is the 15 m wooden balcony built into the trees. Modern English wooden kitchen , refrigerator, electric stove , dishwasher, smoothie maker asl well al SMEG coffee machine, Media TV , 1 Bedroom : 180x200 m bed as well a 1 small single bed. a Futonsofa which coverts into a compromise sleeping place 180x200 m can be used as extra sleeping facility in the living room.

Cozy apartment in Eppingen-Rohrbach

Welcome to our cozy apartment! We have lovingly renovated it and made it a perfect place for a little break. We live here very quietly on the edge of a small village. So if you're looking for supermarkets, bars, etc., you're unfortunately not in the right place. But you get peace and quiet here. The perfect place to stay before or after the Badewelt, which is only about 15 minutes by car. We look forward to seeing you soon!

This studio apartment is our newest addition to our little estate. It's perfect for the adventurous, especially hikers and cyclists needing a peaceful place to stay. Our 400 year old estate, originally a winemaker's estate, is located under the Saint Anna Kapella in the charming village of Burrweiler. Come and enjoy the fresh Swiss mountain air. Our well equipped, self contained apartment is a great place to spend some time away in either Summer or Winter. Our place is just a 2 minute drive to Oberterzen to catch the cable car up to Flumserberg for a great day of skiing, mountain biking or hiking. We are also only a 3 minute drive to Unterterzen to spend a beautiful summers day at the Walensee.
