Cottage vacation rentals in Rhine River

The house is very beautiful. The surrounding is pretty calm and is perfect to relax. You can use the whole garden and relax in the warm whirlpool and enjoy the perfect view. The host is very nice and showed us the whole house. We even received a welcome present and felt home immediately.

Extremely cozy and relaxing place to stay. Loved the cleanliness and decorations. Minor feedback is that we wished there was body soap / shampoo at the shower.

A very, very beautiful house. A very large kitchen semi-open to the living room, a very large and extremely nice living room with a large sofa, a large table and a foosball table. Very harmonious set. Two extra bathrooms, except the one downstairs with a beautiful bathtub + walk-in shower. Grohé brand faucets, appreciated. What an exterior! Beautiful garden as far as the eye can see. An exceptional welcome overlooking the mountains. All kitchen equipment is present (down to the spices!). 3 spacious bedrooms upstairs. Possibility of an umbrella bed and high chair. Our kids had a really good time. Very nice mountainous and remote area. We left this stay completely rejuvenated.

We had a wonderful stay with Marc-André. The place was a perfect spot to travel to the Black forest, Colmar and the Alsace. Was lovely and quite and perfect for a family. Would highly recommend this house and host!

We couldn't have spent a better turn of the year than with Maria. Already upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by your father. We were very comfortable right away and were instructed in everything. Even in the following days, we were immediately helped with questions. We were very pleased about the welcome gift and the boys are still raving about the homemade blueberry syrup today. The view from the hot tub and sauna is simply wonderful and in the peace and seclusion you can quickly leave everyday life behind. We'll be back. Next time with bikes to explore even more of the great area.

The accommodation is located in the mountains with a breathtaking view, the only neighbors are sheep. The 🐑 accommodation was clean and super cozy. The sauna and jacuzzi were very much appreciated. Leopold told us about several things to do in the area as well as good restaurants. He was very friendly and available. We'll go back without a second thought.

Perfect place for holiday

We loved Claudia’s place! It far exceeded all our expectations and was even nicer than the pictures suggest. An incredibly beautiful area so close to the waterfront from some gorgeous sunsets. 15 mins walk from the small village with an excellent small Spar supermarket and takeaway but very peaceful too. Also excellent cafes/restaurants a short cycle away and Claudia kindly let us use all her bikes. Impeccably clean, really comfortable beds. Brilliant hot tub and super fun area downstairs perfect for teens! It could not have been any better for our short stay in the amazing Netherlands. Wonderful!

Jacques's house is a rare find. It looked good in the pictures, but the reality exceeded expectations, and it was a nice surprise. The property was built in the mid-19th century, and it still has its original charm. The mansion, located on the hill, is surrounded by green fields and forest. It is a perfect place to unwind and connect with both history and nature. The accommodation prepared for the guests is a conversion of the courtyard buildings into a modern, comfortable apartment with a spacious private yard and parking. It is both beautifully designed and very well equipped. We loved the place. Jacques and his family are lovely hosts. They welcomed us at the check-in, advised us on the places to see, activities, and restaurants. There are electric bikes available for the guests as well. Jacques is an animal lover, and our three dogs received a very warm welcome as well :) I wish we could have stayed longer. Next time we definitely will !

Anna's house is a gem! It all looks exactly like the photos and my fiancé and I had a wonderful time there. Everything was very lovingly prepared when we arrived, chocolate and sparkling wine were already waiting for us. The facility is simply fantastic and the two cattle are incredibly cute and curious. We will be happy to come back!

For those looking for peace in the middle of the woods, this is the perfect place. The chalet is in the middle of the greenery, far from the street. There is plenty to do outside (for the kids): zipline, seesaw, slider, badminton net, petanque court, camps making,... We had quite a lot of rain during our stay but found enough to do with the children: the swimming pool of Remiremont, games park Épinal (climbing hall). The better walks are an hour away (hohneck, sentier des roches,...). The adventure park Bol d'air is also very nice.

It was a great pleasure to spend the last 5 days at Jacque and Nelly’s beautiful farmhouse. It’s spacious and homey. A highlight of the house is its fireplace and we really enjoyed sitting by the fire on chilly evenings. All in all, it was such a lovely immersive farm experience, from bottle feeding the lambs to horse riding and collecting eggs. Their children loved playing with Kuti, their dog. There is also a playground, a huge trampoline, a table tennis table and a foosball, that even our teenage son enjoyed playing with. Upon Jacques recommendation, we also took hikes into the surrounding woods, to a gorgeous viewpoint on Rocher des fees. I would wholeheartedly recommend this to families who love animals and are looking to experience life on a farm.

Friendly host, beautiful and cozy cottage, facilities are fine, the surroundings and the location are top. I would definitely come back here again!

A great place to stay. Two tall teenagers squeezed into the kids’ room but (which differed from the pictures) but only a very minor issue, and we had a lovely stay over Christmas in this very cosy house

On weekends at Evelyne and Laurent's with my daughter-in-law husband and 4 dogs, a friendly welcome, responsive to requests, beautiful cottage with a beautiful view, parking space. Well-stocked cottage, bright on the ground floor. I highly recommend it, because Evelyne and Laurent welcomed us despite our 4 great lascars. Rare are the cottages that welcome dogs and especially at no extra cost. Region with lots of castles, pretty villages, quiet as we like them. Thank you Evelyne and Laurent.

We spent 3 quiet nights in a beautiful setting overlooking the pond and the mountains. The owners had given us all the useful information beforehand. We did some very nice hikes near the accommodation. Everything is available on site (super u, bakery, bar/tobacco, etc.) And we took the opportunity to have a barbecue on this beautiful property.

A very good time spent there, ideal for couples, friends or families who want to cut off a little from the city and its various pollution. Watching the stars from the jaccuzi, having a drink by the pond, enjoying a raclette after a big day of walking, all that is possible and it's a real pleasure. We'll be back! Belgian Kisses ^^

We had a very nice stay with 2 families in Luc's house. The house has all the comforts. Only tip I can give visitors outside of the summer is to bring slippers. Due to the concrete floor, this can feel cold. Upon arrival, the heaters were already on, which was very nice!

We were very satisfied with our stay. Beautiful accommodation and beautiful views of the valley! Definitely recommended!

We stayed for several weeks and had a amazing time. The location is so serene and beautiful while still being near cities. Living in the middle of nature was very special. Something to consider is that the house is quite clairaudient, which was no problem for us at all. Overall we are super satisfied. We highly suggest this House.
