It is equipped with electric heating and fireplace (steel with window), furniture, linen and accessories. Location: in the green north of Düsseldorf in a quiet residential area. Walking distance to the trade fair, LantscherPark, Merkur Spielarena and the Rhine. Conveniently located close to the airport, this can lead to higher flight noise pollution until 11 pm.

In the large garden, which is laid out in terraces, there is a small pool with an outdoor shower. The hiking trail starts directly from the garden. Downtown is just 30 minutes away! 😊
