Very nice house with a great thought-out concept. Especially the music concept and the lighting was great. There was a slight background noise from the industrial area, but it can be excluded through the windows. The furnishings and amenities are top-notch. Direct contact with the landlord was always available via the platform. Thank you for the beautiful experiences, especially through laughing, singing and dancing.

Absolutely lovely apartment in a gorgeous location. Anja's family are lovely and made us feel very welcome. The apartment itself is at the top of a steep road - walkable, but it's a shock to the system the first time - and Overath is a pleasant journey by rail or bus to Cologne, Bonn and the rest of the local area. It's very comfortable and clean, and the kitchen is small but very well-appointed. We had a wonderful.time.

I had a pleasant stay. Great locations and surroundings. Host is very proactive and responsive. He had also recommended us list of attractions and activities which we can do in surrounding areas. Having built in breakfast and outer garden with sauna was a delight. I could not get the chance to explore but would definitely explore it in my next visit. Overall, would recommend everyone to experience if you are planning to visit Duisburg.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this exceptional Airbnb home! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The warm welcome and the uncomplicated check-in and check-out immediately made us feel comfortable. The cleanliness was spotless, which was particularly important to us as allergy sufferers. We had no problems with dust or other allergens, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The wellness area was an absolute highlight! Sauna, steam sauna and hot tub offered pure relaxation and recreation. The gaming area with the big screen was a dream come true for every gamer and provided plenty of fun. The terrace area also invited you to linger and offered a nice way to unwind. Special praise is given to the dog friendliness of the accommodation. Our four-legged friend was spoiled with their own ball pool. It's great to see that the needs of pets are also thought of.

Very satisfied with the property. Everything was clean and correct. Some comments are the lack of the fire bowl that was in the photos. This was an important point for us. And the TV didn't work well, but it may have been a one-time malfunction. Otherwise very satisfied. Quick responses and flexibility. Beautiful clean house with stunning views

the house is very comfortable for two persons and the location is amazing. supermarket near the house, 10 minutes to the central station and the owners are very friendly!

We felt very comfortable at the place. Everything was clean and well-maintained, the kitchen well-equipped – ideal if you want to cook or bake yourself. The location is quiet, with beautiful views, and hiking trails start right outside the door. The contact with the hostess was friendly and straightforward.

Very nice cozy apartment with super nice hostess. Pea personally greeted us and provided small welcome drinks. The apartment matches the description, is located in a quiet and natural area and is very cozy. Everything was clean and we felt very comfortable. :) Communication with Pea was great - she was very helpful and always responded quickly.

Our stay was very nice. The place was just as pictured. The apartment was very clean and in pristine condition. Another plus was of course the pool and sauna. Umut was always available, immediately helpful and an absolutely perfect host. Communication always went smoothly and there were no questions or requests left unanswered. We spent New Year's Eve in the Stranzenburg in a small group. Really a beautiful unique house with charm! Ursula was a great host who even greeted us with a cake. If you have any questions, we were always able to reach out and received a quick response. We were all very comfortable.
