The apartment is in the small district of Karsau, which belongs to Rheinfelden (Baden). In an almost 200-year-old farmhouse overlooking our farm animals (horses/sheep/cat/dog/chickens) you can relax wonderfully. Basel can be reached in 20 minutes by car/train. Beuggen train station is within walking distance (1.5 km). Right next door is a children's playground and the forest with beautiful walking and cycling trails is a few minutes' walk away. TOUT CONFORT. A 3 mètres, une annexe avec CUISINE toute équipée et une SALLE D'EAU attenante avec WC(équipement PMR) neufs. The old dye works, a factory from the 19th century. century, was expanded for mixed use. In addition to apartments, workshops and a doctor's office, guest rooms were created under the shed roofs of the factory halls. It was important to us to give the old building fabric a new use and to make it tangible. We were able to completely preserve the building shell and reuse renewed components in a different context. New components were left natural.

The two rooms are like a separate small apartment with bathroom and kitchenette, and are located on the 2nd floor of my house. So the guests have contact with me and my family, but can also be alone. You can enjoy the morning sun and the evening sun with views over the gardens. The apartment is also ideal if you need a temporary place to stay.
