Welcome to probably the smallest and most charming apartment in the middle of the old town of Rheinfelden with very good connections to Basel, Zurich and Germany. The apartment has its own toilet / sink and shower. A bakery can be reached on foot in 2 minutes, supermarkets in 5 minutes. 7-minute walk to Rheinfelden train station. The apartment is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker and dishes. Not included is the tourist tax of CHF 2.85 per person/day

Close to nature & stylish living in the old farmhouse

The apartment is in the small district of Karsau, which belongs to Rheinfelden (Baden). In an almost 200-year-old farmhouse overlooking our farm animals (horses/sheep/cat/dog/chickens) you can relax wonderfully. Basel can be reached in 20 minutes by car/train. Beuggen train station is within walking distance (1.5 km). Right next door is a children's playground and the forest with beautiful walking and cycling trails is a few minutes' walk away. Notre yourte est située au cœur du village de PETIT-LANDAU (F), dans le sud de l'Alsace, au carrefour des frontières Suisse et Allemagne. Aménagée au fond d'un jardin, la YOURTE comporte 4 couchages. TOUT CONFORT. A 3 mètres, une annexe avec CUISINE toute équipée et une SALLE D'EAU attenante avec WC(équipement PMR) neufs. Alte Färberei Entire place

The old dye works, a factory from the 19th century. century, was expanded for mixed use. In addition to apartments, workshops and a doctor's office, guest rooms were created under the shed roofs of the factory halls. It was important to us to give the old building fabric a new use and to make it tangible. We were able to completely preserve the building shell and reuse renewed components in a different context. New components were left natural.
