The apartment has its own toilet / sink and shower. A bakery can be reached on foot in 2 minutes, supermarkets in 5 minutes. 7-minute walk to Rheinfelden train station. The apartment is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker and dishes. Not included is the tourist tax of CHF 2.85 per person/day

There is plenty of space for luggage, several built-in closets and a walk-in closet. Full sofa bed. Lighting color controllable.

The apartment is in the small district of Karsau, which belongs to Rheinfelden (Baden). In an almost 200-year-old farmhouse overlooking our farm animals (horses/sheep/cat/dog/chickens) you can relax wonderfully. Basel can be reached in 20 minutes by car/train. Beuggen train station is within walking distance (1.5 km). Right next door is a children's playground and the forest with beautiful walking and cycling trails is a few minutes' walk away. The apartment has 2 rooms, a kitchen with a fitted kitchen, and a bathroom with a bathtub shower. A spacious balcony invites you to linger. The plastic windows were renewed in 2007 and almost all equipped with electric roller shutters. The bathroom was newly tiled in 2014 and scores with underfloor heating.
