A 10 min drive to Appenzeller mountains in Switzerland, a 3 min drive to Lake Constance (or 30 min walk through a nature reserve), or a 30 min drive into the Austrian Alps. Best of all, you can add the use of our amazing Esotonian Iglu-Sauna to your stay, for just €25/guest/day.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Two modernly furnished rooms in an architect's house for up to two guests in rural Walzenhausen with separate entrance and an ensuite bathroom. The view over Lake Constance and the ambience make a relaxing stay possible. A kitchenette is available with a microwave, fridge, coffee machine and a kettle. Suitable for 2 adults and 2 children 6 years and older (on request). Unfortunately, the furnishings are not suitable for small children.

On request, our romantic hot tub with lake view can be provided for a fee of 80.00, only possible if we are at home. The apartment is suitable for 2 people couples/singles.

Feel comfortable in our flat. The apartment has a separate entrance and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a private parking space available. The next bus stop is 200 meters away, the train station Rebstein-Marbach is 1.5 kilometers away. Grocery stores are 5 min (bakery) and 10 min (supermarket) away. Extra mattress for one child is available.

Vacation home small but nice

Our house is located on the edge of the village center. A large old birch is the landmark in our garden. The stately wooden house was built 140 years ago in the Biedermeier style and has changed little in all these years. It still reflects a forward-looking and cosmopolitan generation. In this sense, we welcome guests from near and far.
