The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The flat has its designated parking space. The multi-family building is completely barrier-free from parking lot to the flat.

Have fun with the whole family in this stylish and newly (2024/25) developed penthouse apartment with balcony located on Lake Kastellaun with direct access to the forest. The bike and hiking trail to mills and Mosel leads right by the house and offers many possibilities for an active vacation in the Hunsrück. The old town and castle ruins are only a 5-minute walk with restaurants and shopping. A large playground is only 200 m away. The hosts live in the lower part of the house.

Build in 2022 holiday apartment, has fully equipped kitchen, beautifully designed living room, en-suite bedroom and a gallery (max. gallery hight 1.7m). Our garden is still under construction but there is a direct access to fields and forests.

High above the largest rock of the UNESCO World Heritage Site "Upper Middle Rhine Valley" hovers the legend of the Loreley with all its myths. A spectacular view of the three medieval castles of Katz, Maus and Rheinfels and the Loreleyfelsen makes the hearts beat faster. The Rheinsteig, one of the most popular hiking trails in Europe, leads directly past the house with its most picturesque stage. Excellent wines from the steep, sunny slopes make this region a pleasure.

This unique place has a style all its own: ecological materials such as clay and wood give the house a unique flair and an unsurpassed indoor climate. The half-timbered house, built in 1622, is modernly furnished. A wood and pellet stove creates a special evening feel-good atmosphere.

In der 100 qm großen Ferienwohnung soll man sich sofort zuhause fühlen und die unglaublichen Ausblicke auf den berühmten Malerwinkel, die Stadtmauer mit dem Liebesturm und die Burg Stahleck genießen.
