Close to nature and relaxing – right next to the Eifel National Park. The tiny house is located above Lake Roer. Hiking trails are right in front of the house. Walks in the snow and the cozy warmth in the cottage provide relaxation & coziness. In summer, the lake with beach invites you to swim & do water sports. There is no direct lake view (trees in front), but the wonderful viewpoint 'Zur Schönen Aussicht' can be reached in two minutes (100 m), where you can watch the stars undisturbed at night.

Relax in this special and peaceful accommodation and leave your everyday worries behind. You'll be living in the city centre of Cologne, but you'll feel like you're in the countryside. I have chickens, ducks and sheep. I also have a dog, Gina, and a cat, Luzie. There is a small living room and a spacious bathroom above which is the sleeping loft under the pointed roof. The mattress is 140 metres wide. There is therefore plenty of room for 2 people. A possible 3rd person/children on the sofa

The couch can be converted into a bed (140 x 200) 2 to 3 people will find enough space here, if necessary also 4 people (but only in exceptional cases) The Rhine is just a stone's throw away.

Our small town Mondorf is located directly on the Rhine, whose banks you can reach on foot in 10 minutes. In the small kitchenette, you can take care of your physical well-being according to your wishes. Right in front of the house is the bus stop, 25 minutes to Bonn, 30 minutes to Cologne S-Bahn.

Very flexible. One room can accommodate 2 people (or 3 if necessary), and the other room can accommodate up to 5-6 people. The beds can be arranged flexibly to create 7 single beds or 3 double beds. The vaulted cellar with a counter and bar stools can be shared, but is not in use. 1 parking space is included directly at the house. You can bring your own bed linens and towels for free or order them for an additional charge of €6 or €3 per person.
