Inside, you’ll find modern furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, dedicated workspace, central A/C and heat, free WiFi, laundry, and thoughtful everyday essentials. The primary suite features a king bed and en-suite bath with a soaking tub, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed and the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa. With room for RVs, trailers, boats, and up to 10 vehicles, plus an EV charger on-site, Sunset Valley Retreat makes arrival easy and adventure even easier. You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. Five minute walk to Abayance Bay Marina, restaurant, concert venue, & Lake Koocanusa access. Few minutes drive to Abayance boat launch or 5 minute drive to Rexford Bench boat launch. Playground is 2 minute walk. Lots of trails in the area. One bedroom but sleeps 6: queen bed and 2 fold out couches. Picnic table outside on site. Great for weekend getaways for friends or families. Camper next-door shares the backyard & outside amenities

The towering forest is present out every view from the cabin. Walk the trail down to the creek and explore through the forest or simply rest your feet in the cool water. Stargaze from the deck at night after a day of adventure. Enjoy near by Lake Koocanusa, hiking trails, golfing and restaurants, and come home to your own private cabin in the woods.

Kick back and relax at this calm and peaceful home. Fully stocked getaway that is ready for your comfort and enjoyment. We have kayaks for the lake and foosball and games for home. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and quality bedding. There are 4 total beds and a double pull out sofa, as well as a twin air mattress available. We have tried to incorporate all kitchen essentials to prepare meals to enjoy on the Amish table indoors or on the patio outside. Hope to share our favorite place with you.

Heron Cabin

Cozy two bedroom cabin. Nestled creek side at the historic 69 Ranch in Eureka, Montana. Scenic mountain views. Horses in the pasture and wildlife seen often. Nearby golf courses and 15 minutes from Lake Koocanusa. No pets, not children under 12 years of age. No feeding horses or entering in the fenced area. No burning of candles.
